Well my 28 year old Speed Queen dryer belt finally broke. I bought a replacement belt locally for $28.00. You can buy them online much cheaper (about $10.00+ shipping). I did not want to wait for delivery. I followed the above video very carefully. I watched it several times. It took me about an hour because I am slow. 100% success ! Great video. Dryer working good! :)

Are the speed queen washer/dryers of better quality than residential units ? I would buy a commercial grade instead of the cheap products they now sell for home use ?
+Dicofole I think theyre way higher quality than the residential stuff we have now. I'm just like you! It's not as "pretty" as these new residential units that look like it can take off to outer space, but the quality(and sometimes capacity) is superior.
