    Jesus, God the Son the Son of God, has placed it on my heart to share the Gospel with you. Jesus died, and spilled His precious blood, on the cross to pay the price for our sins. He was buried and on the third day rose from the dead just like the scriptures said He would. Salvation is a gift, please accept it now if you haven't already by BELIEVING in what Jesus did for us.     Oooh I really liked this max out style! Went by fast but super challenging. I’ll be happy to do this one a second time just knowing what’s coming to make transitions smoother.

    I just love you so much. Everything from the long workouts I really enjoy to even the short ones. This kick my butt today I was running out of time so I did one of your 30 minute ride with this and I just felt fantastic.

    This workout was perfect! It had a little bit of everything! Upper body, lower body, HIIT, ABS,and my favorite kickboxing moves! Absolutely loved it! Keep these super fun workouts coming!! Thank you!!

    One of the best S&C workouts I’ve done! Don’t let the 20 minutes fool you. This is short and super effective - covers total body including abs and cardio. Loved it! ❤😊
