  • 4 ways to do a forearm stand:
This video focuses on demonstrating 4 ways to get into forearm stand as mentioned below.
    #1: Jumping into forearm stand
    #2: Headstand to forearm stand
#3: Wide leg forward bend to forearm stand
#4: Forearm crow to forearm stand
There are other ways to get into forearm stand too but in this video, I am focusing on 4 variations in a progressive way where 1st is the easiest of the 4 and 4th is the hardest of the 4.
Hope you have learned something from this video.

Can you please make a video on how to prepare body for each of these variations? No. 2,3,4 looks very easy when you do it but very difficult to get for beginners.

Can you give some drills to be able to do the 3rd and 4th ways? Thank you

To prepare your body for 3rd way, you can practice wide leg headstand. Starting wide legs to lift your legs up in to headstand (feet together) and coming down both wide legs in to the same position you had started.
4th way, practice forearm crow and start to lift your hips up, you can keep your knees bend but widen them if you need as you go up. If you can do 2nd variation of forearm stand from headstand, you would be able to do 4th way by regular practice.
Please don't be discouraged if you don't get instant success as these postures takes months/years of practice. I will see if I can make a video to answer all the questions, stay tuned.
