  • In this tutorial, I am focusing on an easier variation of Eka Pada Koundinyasana 2 / One Legged Arm Balance Pose.
    Many people feel that because their arms are not strong enough to do the traditional Eka Pada Koundinyasana 2 / One Legged Arm Balance Pose, I have made an easier version of this pose to help practitioners achieve this pose with ease to start their arm balancing journey.
    Those who have strong arms and can comfortably do the traditional pose (without all the modifications mentioned in this video) do not need to watch this video, instead you can check some other arm balancing postures that are relevant in my channel.
