If you have an Epson printer then you know the struggle. These machines Require all the right settings chosen in order for it to print. In this video, I talk about two of the most common print and copy problems you will have with this printer. Your setting selection and WiFi play a huge part.

Thank you Serena. I’m having problems with mine. And to say it is finicky is an understatement. It is just weird. Even though I haven’t tried copying yet, I plan to. And you probably saved me much trouble since I had already selected borderless in the setup. You are very thorough in anticipating and then clearing up ahead of time where there might be some confusion. Good job.

I wanted to say thanks for your incite. I have the hardest time with the most simple functions on this printer. When you said it was finicky, you weren't joking. I'd had Epson printers in the past mainly because they printed photos well. But even after setting up the printer as you described, I still can't make a copy. If the little ADF symbol comes up it tells me it will scan from the glass. Then it tells me to remove the copies. This thing will soon be replaced. If I hadn't just bought more ink, it would already be back in the box awaiting the next garage sale.

can you think of an alternative to throwing garbage in the lake? its not like you need to dispose of a body
...you still can.... Epson is junk........... When you run out of colours you still have to buy new ink even through you only wanna print in black/greyscale. ....workarounds do work, but printer specific.
When it works, it works, but when it doesn't, cartridges are expensive.

Thank you. Mine wouldn't print because I needed to do it with border, letter, actual size. Once I put in these settings it worked perfectly. Got you subscribed and saved in case I have anymore issues. Its the best printer Iv'e ever owned. Thank you!

If you have problems in the future, remember to check the settings on your computer vs your printer. Especially paper type and paper source and after updates! Happy printing!

OMG Serena I've been denking around with the same printer issue for months, then today the last hour and a half. finally jumped on youtube for help and you came up. within the first 3mins of the video you explained the problem/solution and I put in to my printer and BINGO I'm back to printing what I needed. I had my paper size on 8x10 and it would not copy. I put it on letter and bam, it works.

I'll be dang, I could print before, but was having a problem copying and scanning and for some reason, it fixed the copying so, that inspired me :-). I had a work around with the scanner that stopped working so this sent me down the road after mos., to try and fix it again, so after updating software and adding the Epson Scan back on the desktop wala back in business thanks much! for inspiring me to try again, guess I was just still in the frustration mode for the longest and it's 1:00 a.m, in the morning and go figure my brain kicked in back in lol business, thanks girl !
This printer will test you! Glad you didn’t stop, only took a break! Please remember or write down what you did, because this epson will act up again!
@@Renarocs Hi Rena, girl, it did rgt after I haven't got back on it yet, but now it won't do a reg., print 🤔, wow. I keep a back-up printer hooked up to it an HP that will print, but be nice for this dang WF do what it suppose to, but u RIGHT, will write it down for next time. I had to hook up the wi-fi for the scan to wk, wonder why that would interfere with the print now, any ideas 💡?

If wifi is slow or goes in and out it can make printing spool and then cancel sometimes. I had to use usb for printer/computer link up for mine to work. My wifi is horrible
@@Renarocs My wi-fi is strong, & I have the USB hooked up thats how I was printing before, but when I added the wi-fi back it made the scan & copy wk again, but then took the print out what THE HECK! Anyway, I'll attempt some other work around eventually 😉. Thanks so much for your help!

Ok, thank you for getting back to me so quickly, I really didn't think anyone would. I am so inept when it comes to the computer and copier/printer. How do I set it back to factory configurations? I see the red button at the top that says STOP/RESET. Is that what I am supposed to push?
My epson printers seem to encounter similar things periodically. Unfortunately, they never resolved and after short periods of initial use (after about 6-9 months old), and not even epson support or a local repair shop can figure out why. They have never been damaged and newer, but just go kaput.

Hello. My dilemma was an error message telling me "paper size mismatch error" on the LCD display. I followed the same thing you outlined here but to no avail. Then I finally did a Data reset in the Setup menu. "Restore Default settings" was the key to solve this issue. Once that was done, the machine worked as it did when I took it out of the box two years ago. After doing so, I had to type in my wifi password in order to connect my printer to my network wirelessly.
Thanks for sharing. Glad your printing. If I have that problem, I will try “Restore Default settings”. The problem usually something has to do with the settings.

Copy with border is the key setting I needed. Without the setting I was getting the message “ invalid paper input setting”.
My 2750 sublimation printer doesn't print how can I get it to work just clean the head and added new ink now it dont print paper come out blank

Hello, i still unable to copy, my printer has a message like you have in your printer but also said after actual size/ off. I can't get from where that off is caming. Thank you for your help.
Are you able to change the size of the paper to letter? Can you scroll to get to choose the paper size. What are the copy settings you are using? Try to put it on copy 1-1 to see if that works.

First thank you for replied, yes I did all thise changes, but still no printing, my next move is to remove the wi fi, I'll let you know if that works.
Check out my video, “figuring out printing problems”. Trying some of the tips may help to see what’s working and what’s not working.
Also, in the past I have had problems with my printer being offline and I didn’t recognize it, so checking the wifi connection is a good idea.
My Epson WF2750 will not print received faxes. How to fix the problem?
Double check your settings and make sure the correct printer is chosen. If the settings for the printer and The printer are off, it will not print. There should be a drop box of some kind that you can choose.
