Thanks to the sin of crossing my legs at my desk! I bought a thing of foot pedals so that it forces my feet to be in front of me properly. It really does help! It hangs from an arm so i can move my feet around too
You have to look at the cause not just the symptoms. Usually due to muscular imbalances resulting from poor technique and/or specific lifestyle habits. Address these. Don't just focus on a bunch of isolated mobility and strength exercises, they won't create meaningful long-term change.

i have this but it also occurs in my shoulder! they are connected, i have a big permanent knot somewhere near the rib connected to the T5 vertebrae
