@@CookingConClaudia hey Claudia I was just wondering if these are any spicier than your enchilada suizas I love that recipe I make those like once a month for my family it tastes just like the ones they serve at one of my favorite restaurants. I'll probably give these a try also just wondering about the spice levels in comparison
I made this recipe tonight and it was absolutely delicious. My family loved these! I did not remove all the skins from the poblanos (after roasting them) because that charred skin equals amazing flavor!! Also, I left in some of the seeds from the poblanos because we like spice. I also used 1 cup chicken stock instead of water and I omitted the chicken bouillon, which is extremely salty. Basically, the chicken stick can easily replace the water and bouillon.
