Approach the problem simply, without the urge to find the solution of it.
all complex problems come from the desire to survive, and survive as well as possible, it's all survival. if you don't see it now you will see it when you get a disease; all the problems except the disease disappear, become unimportant. the physical sensations are the fundamental problem. there are several levels of physical sensations. there is the slight discomfort, the chronic illness, and the acute dying process. all three can be seen without judgement and the negativity will disappear. they cannot be seen without judgement if there are complex thoughts (emotions). emotions can stop when the focus to the physical sensations increases, there are always physical sensations, discomfort of the body. so even the headache can be just accepted as is. accept everything, and if complexity, emotions happen, focus on the physical sensations. rinse and repeat

Completely different way of looking at the problems and approach to it. Yes, generally we aim to end the problem rather giving major attention to understand it. Great guidance and I want to touch the feet of Master J Krishnamurthy.
Over the years, I learnt another I started to look at the problem as a challenge to overcome or an opportunity to explore and therefore I have successfully removed a negative word called PROBLEM from my life.

All the teachings and writings and any item that involves JK should be locked and stored, which shouldn't even get destroyed even the planet is no more. He's the pinnacle of human evolution. I have learnt a basic thing in this video which we completely ignored all our lives, on how to approach to a problem.

Cette chose si simple est découverte et à la portée de si peu... et quand bien même on l'acquièrt combien la pratique ? Et quand bien même on la pratique combien obtiennent des résultats ?...noyés au quotidien que nous sommes dans Maya, hébétés par notre éducation rajasique et tamasique...
Sans doute ce n'est qu'un "problème"... mais au jour le jour il y a tout de même beaucoup de problèmes...à résoudre immédiatement sans aucun autre choix immédiat...
Yes, it appears that the fragmentation itself is the problem. One may approach each problem piecemeal, but doing so only further perpetuates the fragmentation within oneself. The story of the problem, upon observation, burns itself out. What one is left with is a religious mind, ready for the challenges of today.

Forgetting the free mind that does not create a problem, the other mind creates the problem through judgment, and then it has a motive or a plan to end what it had created and that distorts the problem even more.
Nothing is a problem until the mind makes it.
Wisdom is not a pack of infinite answers but a solvent of questions.
Most questions have not an answer because they are wrongly formulated.
Come to problem without motive, motive will distort the problem.
Come to it freely
Meet the problem and you will get the answer.
A wave can't hold back the entire ocean of which it is part.
So you can either go with the flow (wherever it leads) or resist the current and be crushed.
No problems, no progress.
What we see as a problem is usually only a life situation.

If the problem is another person then it's not your problem 😁 you are along for the ride.
Sometimes the problems are created by within the family and when correction is made no one wants to listen and implement. Especially when there are mental health related issues it's difficult to handle the mind which is already incapable of using logic and does not seek medical help in time.
Have ya ever noticed what some people get worked up about, when they don't and why?
Like those who laugh at the misery of others and angry at their success...
Thoes who are not happy untill others are miserable, with thoes that support and endure it over and over to what end?
