@@callibor3119 What you said is the reason why I keep saying that we're the source of these powerful people's power. Without us, they're nothing. They need us far more than we need them. TBH, we could easily crippled these powerful people anytime we want to if we simply just stop listening to them, supporting them, or out right actively buck back at them. Those are something that the "powers that be" REALLY do not want to happen, especially the latter. One thing people need to remember, as "powerful" as they are, we still severely outnumbered them.

This is what happens when people are born into power. That “I’m self-made” bs is propaganda to the public. No one is self-made. Your parents gave you a life to live and you chose to live it. You know what I mean? I am tired of that mindset so much. It’s like they haven’t learned a single thing from their parents whatsoever. All that feeding and clothing and driving and nurturing they have done for a good chunk of your life is nothing “self-made” about it. You know where I am getting at?

I heard this bit of enlightening history from an older gentleman during a Black History Program. He talked about his uncle who happened to be one of the few black men working for a coal mine company. The gentleman he was working along side shoveling coal was a white gentleman. Anyway the owner of the railroad gave a tour to a possible investor who commented on the low pay and hard work the employees where doing. To that the owner replied, " the only thing a black man and a poor white man needs is a pair of shoes, overalls, and a pocket hanky". After the owner and investor left the the black gentleman told his co worker, "see, in their eyes your no better than me". Sadly this is true all around the world in every race and country. Those with money and power use it to divide and control those under them by making them think they are separate but truth be told they really see us all the same.

Corporations, such as Disney, act as a fifth estate and have a type of power known as “soft power.”
Their monetary influence is a form of soft power, which they can exercise through influencing politicians to do their bidding, funding “charity organizations” (PACs, progressive causes they support, etc), and other illicit activities as a means of getting what those in the leadership positions want. They use their monetary influence as a means of perpetuating their existence as a corporate entity as well as allowing for themselves to gain further power in the form of control over the market and/or controlling their consumer base.
They act as a pillar of the greater elite circles, something that Chris Yarvin (Mencius Moldbug) describes as “the Cathedral.” Their overall main goal, as elites, is to maintain their power structure and to perpetuate themselves forever.

I'm actually a little surprised Disney had dealings with Republicans, though it does explain coherting with Florida, but usually Florida is that swing state that has a healthy mix of Republicans and Democrats that imo there seems to be more balanced moderates to reframe from being placed as a political specific state. Even though I'm independent that learns more conservative, I still say I made the right call to not continue in the entertainment industry specifically animation. Here's why.
When I set my goals to animation, I never intended to go in the field to be part of a propaganda machine just so studios can check all of the boxes that fits political ambitions. The goal was to use my talents as an artist to create stories, specifically, engaging and inspiring stories that can help an audience. The chance for a person overwhelmed with the chaotic world to just take a seat, and escape their concerns for at least an hour. The chance for the new generation to connect with the growth of a character (don't care about the pronouns or race, etc) and use that connection to learn to place it in their own lives. I could go on, but seeing how studios have managed to ruin the entertainment industry tells me my goals were never going to be met, my intentions was to entertain everyone whether they vote red, blue, or in between. The downfall of the trust of Disney starts with how they treated loyal fans who didn't fit their agenda to add more cash to their pockets, the irony is that people are not as eager to pay for Disney to entertain as much because they play sides in politics.
