Remember the viewer's recipe! The ninth dish is coffee jelly.

ingredients
Coffee Jelly: Coffee (30ml), hot water (200ml) plate gelatin (2), sugar (2 tablespoons)
Milk jelly: milk (100ml), plate gelatin (1), sugar (1 spoon)
Other: Deco leaves, chocolate

Coffee jelly
1. Add 2 tablespoons gelatin to hot water (200ml) and mix.
2. Add the coffee solution (30 ml) and sugar (2 tablespoons) and mix.
I use the dutch coffee juice, but instant coffee is also available.
3. Cool it gently, put it in the desired mold, and put it in the fridge (about 1 hour).
Milk jelly
1. Put the milk in a pan and boil it lightly.
2. Dissolve the plate gelatin (1 sheet) and sugar (1 spoon).
3. Cool it gently, put it in the desired mold, and put it in the fridge (about 1 hour).
Please let the coffee jelly stand up to a certain degree.
Decorate with decoy leaves and leftover coffee jelly.
