Remember the viewer's recipe! It is the tenth dish 'Tteokbokki pizza'.

ingredients
Pizza dough: Strong (200g), water (100ml), dry yeast (2g), sugar (2g), salt (2g), olive oil
Tteokbokki: rice cake (400g), fish cake (3 pieces), green onion (1) Sugar, red pepper powder, red pepper paste, soy sauce, pepper, tomato sauce
Other: Pizza cheese, corn eggs, parsley powder, tomato sauce
recipe
1. Add dry yeast (2 g), sugar (2 g), and salt (2 g) to a high-fat flour (200 g) separately.
2. Add water (100 ml) little by little and knead.
3. Add a little olive oil and knead for about 10 minutes.
4. After kneading, wrap it in a wrap and let it ferment for 30 minutes in a warm place.
5. Cut large pieces (15cm) and fish cake (3 pieces) in appropriate size.
6. Mix the sauce with 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, pepper and tomato sauce.
7. Add water (2 cups) of fish cake, rice cakes, sauce and boil. (It is better to use broth instead of water.)
8. When the soup is thick, add the chopped green onions and boil it a little more.
9. Pizza dough, after the first fermentation, remove the gas and round the fermentation for 15 minutes.
10. Spread the fermented dough widely.
11. Place the dough in an oven bowl and wrap the rice cake. (A fork is made in the lower part.)
12. Apply tomato sauce on top, and then put corn eggs, pizza cheese and parsley powder in order.
13. Bake in the oven (200 degrees preheat) for 25 minutes.
