Just made these.. the batter is really good. This made 4 hotdogs so if you want more double the recipe. A tip for the dough to rise faster, use fast rising yeast and or use a space heater in the room to make it warm inside. If you’re frying without a deep fryer, make sure to rotate the hotdogs constantly to keep the batter from falling in one side. Another tip is to have one person coating them and one person on fry duty.

I agree this is perfect for starters. The first time I made Korean corn dogs I used a recipe that was a batter and it was a disaster frying because it was too loose and the cheese was oozing out everywhere. I have made this recipe twice already and it is perfect and easy and the cheese doesn’t ooze out when frying because of the the dough. 😊
I tried making them today. Turned out delicious only the thing that was the trickiest is it's dough coating my cheese and sausages were separating 😂 but managed to make it and they were yummy specially the dough tasted so well 💜💜

just made this exact recipe a few days ago and its so delicious. tho i had problems with adjusting the recipe cause we lack measuring cups and spoons and we wanted to make more so we doubled the recipe but accidentally put more water and egg so we put more flour to get the right consistency. thankfully it still came out delicious. oh and we just use all purpose flour for alternative since we dont have bread flour and rice flour.

The batter didn’t stick to the sausage, which surprised me, because I followed them step by step, so the fact that mine was a BIG fail really disappointed me (obviously) so can’t wait to try your recipe! 내가 어릴때 먹던 핫도그눈 그냥 밀가루만 사용하여 만들었는데 실로 많이 발전했다. 밀가루로만 만든 핫도그도 정말 맛있어 자주 사먹었다.

안녕하세요~ 오늘 막 만들었어요.. 그런데 제 경우는 반죽이 너무 구려서 나무막대기에 붙기 싫어서 진짜 대박이었어요 밀가루를 너무 많이 넣어서 그런거 같아요 그것. 그래도 완전 대박인데도 다 익혔고 사실은 너네만큼은 아니었지만 그래도 맛은 괜찮았으니 내일 다시 해봐야지!!

@@pjeternezha8555 I just used floor for bread/cooking and also cake-floor. It's actually a kind of "universal floor" so yes it will be completely fine (I also didn't had the rice floor ) 😊
