Milk Rolls and Easy Chicken Burger Recipe :: Pull Apart Chicken Sliders :: Get two recipes at once

You can make fluffy and soft milk rolls without kneading hard.
You can easily make a chicken burger with that bread.
It is delicious to eat with just bread, and it is delicious to buy bread and make a chicken burger.
This is a quick and easy recipe that you can use two things at once.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).
[20cmx20cm square mold]
✤ Bread Dough
- 350g Bread flour
- 40g sugar
- 6g salt
- 5g instant dry yeast
- 40g room temperature unsalted butter
- 240ml warm milk
✤ Chicken seasoning
- 1 chicken breast, 130g
- 15g chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomato, 120g
- 1tbsp minced garlic (16g)
- 1tbsp soy sauce (6g)
- 1tbsp chili powder (6g)
- 1tbsp cooking wine (6g)
- 1tbsp ketchup (16g)
- 1tbsp honey mustard (16g)
✤ Burger Sauce
- 1tbsp ketchup (16g)
- 1tbsp honey mustard (16g)
- 2tbsp mayonnaise (32g)
- 40g pickled cucumber
✤ Toppings
- 70g mozzarella cheese
- 70g Cheddar Cheese
- Melted unsalted butter (when applied to the bread surface)
✤ TIP
- When the cheese melts, if you bake it again in the oven, the bottom will be crispy as in the video. If you want it softer, melt the cheese in the microwave.
- You can use beef instead of chicken.
- You can make it with only mushrooms or vegetables instead of meat.

I made these today and they were amazing, my family liked them a lot too. I replaced the wine with water cause I’m Muslim so if you guys don’t wanna use wine you can use water it’ll still turn out perfect :))
edit: u can also use vinegar!

Just a tip: Everytime you see a recipe asking for "COOKING" Wine, you can replace it with Vinegar. Even Apple Vinegar.

I didn’t expect that crunch when you bit into it.
Too much time under the broiler. Could cover the bottoms with aluminum foil to prevent them getting dry.

@@izumi1499 You sure? There doesnt seem to be any cuts in the audio from when they are smushing and playing with the buns to when they bite and it crunches. I think the bottom is just like well done toast.

The answer is simple, always have flour, sugar, salt, eggs, milk, butter, and yeast at home, along with an oven and patience and you will have a delicious homemade bread the filling (I always keep some meat and chicken that I prepare in the I have lunch in the fridge so when I bake I can make a delicious homemade sandwich .... oh well think about it I think I already need a diet

@@yumikim6327 oof it’s been a while since i tried it, but i don’t remember it being spicy. if you’re not really into spicy food, you could always just use less chili powder or completely leave it out!

Hi! I was too busy today so I left the dough on the table for 4-5 hours, made the buns and waited for about 15 min and then put everything in the oven.
I made a kilo and multiplied the rest of the ingredients by 3, except the yeast. I just used 1 packet (10 g). I hate to leave half for later...
My buns turned out awesome anyway.
