There are studies that show artificial sweeteners reducing glycated products and AGEs. I avoid sugars, don't drink alcohol, vegan, don't smoke, I workout, use Tretinoin and sunscreen every day. Don't make me stop sweeteners :(
I’ve been told to use serums before moisturizers so then how do I use moisturizer on wet skin and serums on dry? It seems the only way to do this is to moisturize first???
Depends on what kind of serum you use. There are serums out there that are just glorified moisturizers (like the hyaluronic acid serum for example) and they should be applied to damp skin. It only applies to irritating actives like Tretinoin, AHA/BHA, Vit C... Most K beauty serums for example are super mild and calming, so there's no problem applying them to damp skin either. It's not really a firm rule, just make sure you dry your skin fully if you notice irritation.
