I'm more upset by the fact that the paladin didn't ACTUALLY try helping. He waited until the mob was well out of his range before he started pretending to try and help.

Yea, after the first heal you see him canceling the 2nd because he is confused about the debuff not being removed. Then he panic healed in hopes of "hitting" the rogue. You can literally see his thoughts lol. I guess mass dispell doesnt work or more likely wasnt a thing back then?

rogue with blade flurry and he just went HAM on the boss, the additional attacks nuked the mind controlled rogue, rogue dpsing was either an idiot or did it on purpose !

Unpopular opinion: DPS are just as much at fault for pulling threat. you dont HAVE to dps to the point of pulling threat. i have no issue stopping to let tank regain a lead in threat. delete the DPS meter and get a threat meter if you play HC

DPS are often more at fault than the tank for pulling threat. Bad tanks exist, but the sheer number of bad tank players is lower than the sheer number of bad DPS players

Because then it would be covering any information (quests, action bars, etc) on the left, so he'd need to move it for THAT stuff instead. May as well keep it where it's been.
it is always the job of dps to not pull off the tank, if the run is "slow", so be it. in SC it doesn't matter if your aggro spew wipes a run, in HC you actually face the consequences
Exactly. Slow and alive is vastly preferable to fast and dead.
It’s wild how hard the retail brain affects DPS players. In retail it is the tanks job to keep up with the DPS because they have so many moves to do it. These same people don’t realize that classic is a “DPS follow behind the tank” game. DPS are almost entirely responsible for adjusting their DPS however they need in order to stay under/drop threat.

If hes losing aggro its because they suck and probably atent even using their aggro cooldowns.
@@Kspice9000Except in this case dps brain goes and attacks a mob that the tank has zero threat on yet rather than the one the tank is attacking. Target-of-target exists for a reason.
Dude that shaman was really clutching it up with these two kobolds but he did one mistake: He didn't have the lowest rank of earth shock on the bar. he could've interrupted the last frostbolt. (maybe died anyway)
Also did he have bandages for when he was rooted and couldn't do anything?

Whenever i play a shaman, i have the highest rank earth shock in normal bar and the rank 1 as cast interrupt, tho depending on situation i change whichone i use for the cancel
Also he should have frost resist totem with grounding from the start. Rank 1 earth shock, bandage, earthbind totem so the mobs wont run far, etc. many mistakes.
And that's why you always use rank 1 Earthshock, it cost next to nothing, that tauren shaman would have lived if he kicked that kobold frostbolt. Probably could have healed too if he didnt spend all that mana or higher ES rank during that fight.
Yep rank 1 ES ftw. He was also using Windfury on a 1h against casters (i.e. no point having a shield vs casters).
WHY DOES NO1 KILL THE PATROLS IN DEADMINES?? Holy shit, even in non-hardcore I always double back after each boss to kill the patrol that spawns when the bosses die.
If you need to run away in deadmines you dont deserve to live.

@@YOURDADSNEPHEW one rogue gets mind controlled, the other rogue AOE's him down by using a spell called "Blade flurry" that makes his attacks cleave to other targets around the boss
@@YOURDADSNEPHEW the tank went to the mob on the left, the warrior on screen went to the mob on the right. He generated so much aggro that the tank couldn't take aggro back to her. All the while blaming the tank because he pulled a mob to himself and didn't do what dps is supposed to do, focus on what tank is focusing on and not going and trying to create more problems for the healer by having to try to keep two people alive. All of this while blaming the tank and sifting the blame while he himself was the cause of the problems.

Think it was a She, and to be honest most people get carried in WoW. you dont need 5 people to complete a dungeon. Most of the time its just two or three carrying the rest.
scholo clip is fucking wild if that pally just bubbled and kept running to the exit which was literally right there up the stairs he woulda lived and not gotten anybody else killed either. Panic brain is a VERY real thing I have personally witnessed it from a few players.

I have seen the worst in wow and I have played sooo many games over the past 20+ years. You get situations where you honestly ask yourself if you actually are the same species as the ppl playing with you or if this is just some kind of Truman show with hidden cameras everywhere. One of the biggest reasons I stopped playing was you are forced to find a group/guild for semi hardcore (or even medium difficulty) content cuz otherwise you lose your sanity going pug. But who got time to maintain that under "normal" adult circumstances.
Very similar to @@JK-jw3po , except I stopped playing because every group instantly assumed you were as bad as they were and they just constantly ignored obvious and established mechanics to the detriment of my experience.

i've died a few times in HC, mostly all my fault. but the way i see it, i have about 13 max level "dead" characters on live i'll never play again that have a x100 more time played on them. i like the journey, i've always liked leveling.

They apply the poison/toxin debuff and charge after only a few seconds, dealing massive amounts of damage ONLY if the debuff is still applied. Otherwise the charge will do close to nothing, compared to an almost instant kill.
I was a Paladin healer at that time and only focused on dispelling the debuff, before I would go back to healing at all, knowing I saved someone from getting pretty much oneshot with every dispell I did.
You see there is a second debuff which also will disappear, as soon as the toxin is gone, which increases the (nature) damage taken from the charge attack by 200% or something.
I am just writing the comment and need to take a closer look, but I believe, there was even a cast time for the charge to go through, giving you time to dispell it or cc them in some way to interrupt the attack if the debuff was still up.
Cheers and thank you for the content! I want to buy a pc again, since my old one kicked the bucket, and play wow again. I love the game and the warcraft universe, despite all the ups and downs and things I disagree with / dislike how it developed.

That same bug at 18:40 happened to my priest. It sucks big time. I have no problem with dying to mistakes or even just bad luck, but game bugs are a pain.
Hardcore WOW is so satisfying to watch. I mean, it's not like they won't find another 100 hours to do it again, but still.
I wish I could tell you that their deaths made them realize this was all a waste of time. I wish I could tell you they went and got their lives in order after this. I wish I could tell you that, but Hardcore WoW is no fairy tale world.

Shaman at the end had at least 2 possibilities for First Aid - at last frost nova and at last grounding!

dumb question, if the idea behind petri flask is to use it and leave raid to get teleported out, why would no grp use a macro/add-on to instantly disband the raid? like call petri and disband raid, 10x easier and safer

I just can't bring myself to do this, I could not imagine gettin to 60 which is around 150 - 200 hours ish. I mean maybe I'll do it one day if that joyous journey buff is active so that the deathblow isn't as bad.
warrior died in first video because he wan't the tank and he didn't even defensive strance. He just went ham and stayed in battle. If he was tanking then he shouldn't be out of defensive stance. He killed himself in any case.
The tank wanted to split pull and was supposed to taunt. He pulled before the healer finished drinking. Should have played more defensively. We go agane.
The destroyers in BRD are always faced away from the party because they multi target fireball. The 1st death was on them 100%. Also slow on heals.

First guy didn't get a heal for over 10 seconds. Cool, could have focused the tank's mob, but this was recoverable in so many ways by the tank and the healer who failed to do anything to protect him.
Fury warrior is 100% at fault at !:20. He is stacked with buffs and had wf going.
Problem with this kind of build is everyone in the group needs to understand this
so they know how to react when you go off because the dps is insane. Maybe pop a shield macro with a defensive stance because you can prevent a ton of that damage for when you dont pay attention to threat.

first guy died because they didnt have the mobs facing different directions, they do frontal volleys - but they are also just rippy af and tanking 2 is deadly regardless so splitting is the right move, it's fire damage anyway so either warr is about as tanky as each other.

7:45 As a tank player i can say : that's what you get when you are impatient as hell and don't respect the fact that even though you deal most of the dmg (as DD should), you are not carrying the dungeon. The tank is. Don't wait for them... well die and that's all you deserve as stupid DPS that have only two possible thoughts in their mind : 1) GO FAST! and 2) SHARE DMG METER PLZ, KEKW (and that goes for the healer as well)

The Shaman death was NOT played nice. Dude didn't have a rank 1 Earth Shock on his bars. ABSOLUTE noob Shaman. Strength of Earth was his only totem, too. Where's the MP5 or HP5? Frost resist? Searing? And using his spells whenever they're up instead of allowing for mana regen? Only thing they did that was 'nice' was actually making use of grounding totems. Not to mention a total lack of LoSing.

I dont see how people wipe so easy in SM, gnomer, anything like that. Theres five of you, each with different stuns, ccs, slows, professions (if you're actually trying to live) healing, swiftness, target dummies and grenades. As long as no one panics and dips out its usually all managable unless its just a ginormous pull, but dungeons are easy.
If im HC dps, I do believe I make sure I'm not #2 or #3 threat, lol.

I have been healing in MMOs for years and years. No matter what happens the healer gets blamed, its just something we have to put up with.
Yeah, I'm usually a healer too. It's a shitty job. Because when you absolutely save people and do everything right, no one notices, very feel people care. You usually get a "thanks for doing your job". But god forbid you make a mistake...

lmao while i was watching this a 60 in safety first died in BRS
I soloed elites outside brd for 3 hrs, all I got was 1 green. I then invited my friend, Bloodrazor Boe epic dropped 1st kill right when he showed up, he won it. He was just in range to roll on it, wasn't even there helping me kill yet.
