There is just nothing funnier and friendlier than the crowd at a metal concert, big bearded blokes with tattoos pushing, shoving and headbanging out of pure joy. Sure you'll get bruised, but no one means you any harm, it's all just jumping and shouting and enjoying. You want to stage dive? I've got no clue who you are, but I'll be happy to catch you anyway. Wanna crowd surf? Sure I'll help lift you, enjoy buddy! At a concept I was pushed so hard into a huge biker from a known biker gang, hit him hard and made him spill his beer all over himself, I though for certain I was a goner, poured half my beer into his now empty cup, we high five'd and then he pushed me back into the melee, it was awesome! You don't get that at a Lady Gaga concert.
