Many nice tricks here. Shift+F5 to start presentation from current slide is quite useful. If you jump out of the presentation to correct something or show something outside the presentation, and then whant to jump back to where you left the presentation. F5 will start from beginning, Shift+F5 will start from current slide.
WOW, Kev, that was really GREAT!! Learned a ton (didn’t know most of those shortcut keys!) And those stock images are really great, too! Terrific! Really good job on this vid! Thanks a lot! :-)
Very helpful, Kevin! Using these commands will be a much more impressive way to navigate and control what is seen rather than fumbling with slide sorter. Thank you!
Extremely useful! I was irritated by the lack of (knowledge of the) shortcuts for laser pointer, pen and eraser. In the old days the actual shortcut for a command was displayed in the items in the main or pop-up menus. Since PowerPoint does not show these shortcuts I assumed they don't exist. But they do and it's awesome!
Dear Kevin thank you for the video. I am Rifat from Dhaka Bangladesh. I am a blind person. So when you make any video please add little bit more description to the video. So that we blind people can understand more easily. And again thank you I am learning a lot from your videos.
Okay I'm going to add a shortcut that's fairly fundamental but helped me a lot press shift and F5 to jump to the slide you're viewing instead of F5 and starting all over from the beginning
please give us video how to handle students' project presentation (50 students). They wil present one after another during class hour. have to make one at a time as presenter and others as attendee. how to manage the time of toggling between students to do these 2 operations. Thanks a lot for sending usful videos as always!!!
Another awesome teaching video. How do you change the titles of the slides so that they are more meaningful when you bring up the view all slides option shown when navigating?
Hello Mr.Kevin , thank you for all the videos you shared i learned a lot and was able to make my presentation even better.😍😍 , i have a question how will i make a video out of ppt with inserted youtube video in the slide? Thank you
Hai Kevin thank you so much for sharing this video.... I’m Chitra from Bangalore India.... I teach geography and would like to conduct some online test for my students could you please help me how to conduct a test online....
Hi, I really like your video, it’s really useful and handy. Would you consider to introduce the feature on mobile app as well? I tried some of the shortcut key on iPad, it also works!
Is there a way to convert the subtitles that are generated by your voice (after hitting "J" to turn on subtitles) into notes for each of the slides. I can think of a use case where this would come in handy, for example, when you do a dry run for a presentation, and using the notes, converted from subtitles, provides a jump start for your presentation narrative. Your thoughts are appreciated. Great presentation, Kevin!
great tutorial kevin - i have recently started using a lot of teams presentation. one thing that is a little irksome for me is that i cannot see myself speaking while presenting...is that something which is normal and intended or is there a fix for that? That does not happen while sharing a screen or presentation on zoom. Is there some setting I would need to change? any help appreciated
Useful shortcuts, I use most of them. BIG missing feature in PPT though: a real whiteboard so that we can write down quickly some ideas, questions etc. For my next presentation online I must leave the presentation modus which is akward. Unfortunately I don't see the royalty stock image the way it's shown on your screen, nor the people with transparent background. Latest Office Pro Plus 2019. Don't say we need a 365 subscription.
What a great video but I have a question. I have a relatively newer computer but when I am in PP and go to images, there is no stock images button? Help, they are so cool!.
Hi Kevin, great videos. Could you tell us, how or where we can find or get from Power Point, template slides for infographic? Thanks a lot for your great work. Osvaldo Munoz
Hello Sir, is it possible to create my own Shortcut Keys in Powerpoint, please? I am everyday changing old images in PowerPoint to new images from my filders so I don't want to click it every time. Thank you so much for your help
Ok but how can I add an action button to pause my slide? I'm making another powerpoint for college and this time it is based on what a lecturer would be presenting to the class. I've timed it for me, however, what if someone else wanted to use this? They might be a slower reader than me and although every effort has been put in for that, I can't help but thing an action pause button would be really useful, especially for teachers/lecturers. Any ideas? If not, tell Bill Gates that he needs to implement this as it will help so many people. Thanks

The icons feature is especially great because it is a vector image
So if you resize it there will be NO loss of quality
I'm loving it! I also like that you can search to find any type of icon.

Awesome !!
Only thing I can't bring up are the online images and cutouts. Maybe each business has guidelines on that feature.

What am I missing? I hold the CTRL+P in my slideshow for the pen, and the program reverts to Print dialogue!
Can you create content regarding Mac computers?

Hi Kevin, is there a shortcut to change the pen color?
What is the shortcut to 'insert image' without having to use the top menu bars? Thank you
Hi Kevin - I really hope you see this. Do you know if Microsoft has any plans of adding a feature in PowerPoint that would allow us to lock items?
Print it to pdf is one way.
i know this is 1 year + ago but can you use Shortcut with Custom Slide Shows
