With these PowerPoint Morph animation tricks you will make an unforgettable presentation.
In this video you'll learn how to easily create professional PowerPoint presentations using the PowerPoint Morph transition. We'll use the Morph transition to easily create animations and movements of objects, images, words, and characters.

Microsoft PowerPoint Morph works across slides. It recognizes any objects that are on both and can seamlessly transition from one slide to the next. We'll take a look at some practical examples to give you an idea on how to use Morph in your own presentations. I covered effortless PowerPoint animation with Morph Transition in a previous video (link is below). This tutorial expands on this topic and shows you three examples where you can apply Morph.
What You'll Learn:
▪️ Zooming into Slide Details: Discover how to use Morph to focus on specific parts of a slide, enhancing audience engagement.
▪️ Spotlighting: Learn to highlight certain parts of your slide e.g. individuals in a group photo using Morph and cropping techniques, making your team introductions clearer.
▪️ Animating Timelines: See how Morph can animate timelines for a dynamic and engaging presentation.
▪️ Morphing Shapes and Text: Understand how to morph shapes and even characters in text for smooth transitions.

Never thought that I would watch a powerpoint tutorial on a saturday night and find it super interesting! The youtube algorithm sometimes nails it :))))
Congrats!
mee either haha
lol same me
I’m watching on a Tuesday night and I don’t have a presentation due I know I’m growing up😂😂
Fuck netflix.. I like tutorials.
Same.
As an engineer in an engineering office with most people above 50, I will be called a witch, if I start using this xD
This sounds like the perfect to use it
especialmete los teutones
Lmao
I thought the same thing
😂😂😂😂
Love it - I've been manually creating this 'morph' feature myself for years using animations (grow/shrink as well as motion paths); this will ABSOLUTELY be easier and faster in future! PPT still going strong after so many years...
Okay, as someone who does a lot of graphic design, I'm genuinely impressed by just how... effortless that morph was to create. Almost envious. Not that I'd prefer a method with no real flexibility over this, but I swear... the ability to just.. you know, easily do exactly that because sometimes that's all you need. That's pretty impressive.
Ikr
Yeah
Who needs after effect when you can use PowerPoint huh
The best camera is the one you have with you.
Idk, for me, PowerPoint makes the animation process more difficult than using AE or Premiere. But the morphing effect is pretty cool. I haven't had a use for that yet, but I think there may be a way to do that to shapes in AE.
Not only is this a great tutorial on how to use morphing in PowerPoint, it's an even better example of how to teach! You explained everything so clearly, you didn't omit any steps, you showed us every part of the process. Great job!!
I know right?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Her explanation was so good! Really impressive honestly
I don't get the western people always like to add a black person to signal virtue, telling people they are politically correct. It disgusts me every time I see this. No one dares to be honest anymore. It is sad.
@@seanleith5312 honest about what, black people existing?
Never thought such cool transitions can be done in PowerPoint. I am definitely going to use it in my future presentations. Thanks Leila for the tutorial!
Y'know, I thought I was reasonably competent with Excel and PowerPoint, and a decent instructor. Then I found out about Leila. Your excellent, efficient presentation of features, combining them in a way that lets one see their true value with fantastic production value... wow. Just wow. Thank you!
At first I scoffed at the idea of 3 tips in an 11 minute video, but I ended up watching the whole thing. I make and present a lot of reports so this is actually quite useful and definitely something I can use in the future. So thank you!
As an art historian who might do presentations on artworks and then talk about specific details, the cut and morph trick will be extremely useful for me. Thank you so much!
This was one of the most useful (and easy to follow) tutorials I've ever watched. Excellent work Leila!!!!
I ADORE the Morph transition! I love it for taking a large image and zooming in and out of certain areas to discuss. I've found this especially helpful when doing training.
This is definitely not something you stumble upon yourself. This is next level transitioning 😎. Thanks (again) for sharing.
Yep, that's why I like these videos.
Glad you enjoyed it, Rudi!
Actually i did think of it myself, and once i did, my slides looked almost too professional, as my tutor wouldnt believe they were not templates...
This is a very powerful tool and it should be used more. So much more engaging !
I don't know why RUclips recommended me this video now. But i'm super thankful!
This is exactly what i was missing in my last presentations. I tried to work around with the zoom animation, but you can't really adjust the focus point there.
Morph seems to be the ultimate Tool for that.
Thanks a lot for your video!!
Glad it helped!
Usually I don't watch videos that long, but every second is straight forward and worth my time. Thank you very much!
Leila - I love that you're branching outside of Excel! We're growing as you expand your knowledge! Thanks.
This is the first time I've ever seen high-quality transitions you'd ever actually want to use in a presentation, thanks!
Right? These actually look very professional and high quality. I need to mess around with this and learn how to use it.
Awesome! As a viewer, I would say that smooth transitions like morphs, make the presentation more dynamic, but also calmer and more organized at the same time. They help the viewer to focus on what's really important in a natural way.
This video was suggested to me even though I hardly use Power Point and I don't have any particular interest in it. 11 minutes later, I felt compelled to leave a positive comment because this was so well executed and explained, it actually made me want to open Power Point and explore these features! I'm really impressed and happy that I learned something new. You are a great teacher! Subscribed ♥
Thank you for the kind words, Ana! Glad to have you aboard :)
Anal Emos. Nice name🤣
Such amazing transitions! Never knew powerpoint will have such beautiful tools
Boy, that is some dense, efficient instruction: you learn a lot fast with these videos!
Everything you do in Power Point looks absolutely gorgeous
Thank you!
What I like in your tutorial is easy to follow and understand. This is super helpful! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I watched your first morph vid in 2019 and shared it with my whole presales and sales team. Changed lives.
NEVER KNEW ABOUT THIS ABILITY - I love your presentation style - easy to follow. Thank you
I love these short, actionable videos. Many thanks!
I’m glad I saw this video! Ma’am you’re explanations were incredibly clear and understandable. Love the clarity! It was a really nice vid :)
Your videos are always so informative, helpful and easier to follow. Thank you, Leila.
Thank you so much Leila :) I really like the Morph and crop spotlight technique, it helps tremendously when guiding the attention of an audience.
You're the best. Couldn't imagine how it works. I am always delighted to see your presentations, simple and practicable. Thanks.
Woah, this is trully black belt level stuff! I would love to blow people's minds with this!
Thanks! Great tips, as usually from you. You are very good at teaching! You explain well, repeat, are precise, and you have the ability to make me as a viewer neither feel underestimated nor overestimated.
Thank you! You are an amazing presenter, teacher, and speaker!
I do not know what to say. In about one month I have to hold a presentation about my master thesis...THIS IS SOME KIND OF MAGIC!!!!
good luck! :-)
I just used a combination of the first and second technique in a presentation and it was (nearly) as fast as she did it in the video and just as easy- looks super sweet.
Thanks for the awesome tip!
Hey Scott, how did you get the picture on the slide so it's lined up. I inserted it as background, but had trouble resizing it. It didn't let me . Thanks for your help!
What a wonderful instructional video. It is easy to follow, the lessons are easy to apply, and the demonstrates clearly show the value and application.
Great work! I'll be sharing this with the students who ask me for advice on PowerPoint!
You are sick! Saw this was over 11 minutes long, so didn't want to watch the whole thing this evening, but the more you talked, the more interested I became and was so glad that I watched the entire video. One doesn't need to wonder why you have over 1.7 million subscribers. Thank you SO MUCH for sharing this. Can't wait to see other videos!
Glad you enjoyed it!
My company started implementing a standard presentation template so I'm glad to have find ways to be creative without disrupting our standard! I subscribed bec of this, looking forward to more!
Hi Leila. I love the morph function it makes a presentation look great. I just need to find something to present using this feature now! Thank you for sharing 😀
I am really pumped over this! Didn't know it was availabel. I already see uses for it. Thank You so much for this!
Very Powerful Effects..........Love this :)
Mind blown., I have been working for MS for 20 yrs now (no joke - started 2001). 16 of those working on office products directly (core engineering) and I didn't even know Morph existed..
It's relatively new
@@jedimmj11 It was actually introduced in 2015.
Wait what???
Amazing tutorial! Practical and it's really hard to find nice ways to use transitions. Love it!
Very clean and precise presentation. I'm new to PowerPoint animation and this video was very helpful. Thanks.
Hidden gems revealed on a very easy tutorial! thanks a lot for simple yet impressive and impactful effect !!!
Deserve millions of view indeed.
Absolutely amazing. I had no idea I could do all of this. You are very impressive!
Makes a truly professional media showcase from a PowerPoint format. Thank you so much for yet another outstanding power tip.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Fantastic tutorial. I am now using this when presenting busy slides like spreadsheets so I can keep their attention on only the cells I want them to look at. Also, I took it a step further to morph shapes between morphing slides, moving from one highlighted section of the spreadsheet to the next. Pretty pumped for this!
This is a very good guide. Well explained! Thanks.
This is gonna make my presentations wayyy cooler. Thanks for the tutorial🔥
I just want to drop a few lines and say thank you.
I am a Maths Teacher in the UK. I have just tried this Morph technique in creating one of the lessons. Not to add fanciness to my Powerpoint but to illustrate a concept. I think it will visually effective to my students. I would love to develop further (maybe my own CPD target) how to help students to learn with visually effective powerpoint presentation.
Thank you for sharing your wisdom!
Another super amazing and professional video. Your channel became part of my daily tasks. Merci Leila!
This is the most useful video I've watched all year. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing these insights
This class is priceless! Thank you very much, Leila.

Fantastic effects ! Valuable video ! Keep up the good job !
This is so cool !!! Thank you so much for all your videos and tiktok shorts, I've learned and keep learning so much from you.
I always liked this ability in Prezi but did not use it. Wonderful to have this option in PowerPoint. Thanks, Leila, for an absolutely amazing lesson!
Me: adding animation in my slide at power point.
Also me: "I'm ready work at Pixar"
wow!!! just wowwww!! thank you. It will set my boring presentations exciting!!
Very nice. Well presented, very informative, and inspired me to try these on my own. I wish I knew these techniques years ago. Thanks!!
Awesome! I've always loved the morph effect, but didn't know elements were associated across slides by their name. This one is going to be a game changer!
wonderful
Can you tell how once can download ppt morph? Is this inside ppt or we have to install it
@@Sameen_Saifullah It's in ppt when it's accessed as part of Office 365. Not sure if it's in earlier/standalone versions. If it's available you'll see it under Transitions.
Love this - very clever use of features I didn't know existed! Off to play!
Absolutely fascinating! Thank you!!
You are a GENIUS! That is the message! Wow!
Thank you, this was something new.... a good learning indeed.
This is so good. Who knew you could make MS PowerPoint even more interesting? Definitely need to practice this. Thanks.
Amazing morph/ transition. Thanks Leila.
Amazing tutorial, it's stunning the things we can do with Morph !
To everybody who found this in his recommended videos: we shall meet again in 7 years learning everything about armwrestling.
In the meanwhile, have a good life!
hahaha this comment made me laugh so hard. But it's true.. No clue how I ended up here.. and yet here I am..
You too✌️
😂😂😂😂😂
Once again ... so good ... so appreciated.
Thank you so much 😀
I was given the PowerPoint task in the morning. Watched your tutorial at lunch and managed to produce a great presentation by the end of the day. Thanks for the clear tutorial.
Awesome transitions, liked the ideas 💡
Thank you Leila, I so agree with your last point that when using other transitions, they in a business setting can come off as being cartoonish, so the way you showed it with Morph is perfect and I will attempt to use it for graphs that emphasizes changes in Key Performance Indicators. Thanks again!
My pleasure, Daniel.
I really do a lot with PowerPoint, but I didn't realize the possibilities of Morph, thanks!
Wow! This was great. It opens a new door for my presentations. Thanks.
OMG !!! It's exactly what I was looking for ! Thx ❤️
A truly magnificent tutorial. Thank you so much!
Ohhhhh! You have outdone yourself! Thank you for sharing these tricks with the Morph Effect!

These tips are absolutely awesome. You explained everything in an easy to understand matter. Thank you
Wow Leila! That was cool, you ARE cool! Thanks for the tips! Will try to impress my colleagues with my next presentation, not just by the contents, but by the transitions as well. ;)
However, it is important to note that this functionality is available only on Office 365 subscription.
That's useful tx
