Thanks to you I finally managed to program my key. I went to few different key cutters but told Me there was issue with my car, after watching your video it worked. Thank you and god bless ❤
Most welcome mate. Welcome to the lpg life (I love it) and thanks for watching. I've got a few more Falcon B-series vids here if you ever need them, plus more to come... ruclips.net/p/PLof3-wBOirGH3CC2OEwG5Y0ikyrd-om5g
Hey mate, what you’ve explained about the Ute remote makes sense but if that forth button is constantly pressing down, how come it’s not on a sedan? Is it because the sedan remote has the forth button on it?
Hey man, good video! I have been trying to code new remotes, it’s a proper Ute key. But just doesn’t go into learn mode. Lock doesn’t cycle within 10 seconds neither does pressing rear demister 3 times Any idea?
Hey mate, sorry to see this isn't working for you - that's super odd... I've literally done this to 6 Falcons and they all worked. I wonder if you have a BCM issue but I'm only guessing... I'd pull the battery terminal for about 15 minutes, re-attach, restart the car. Then try again. Good luck 👍
Hey. I need to do a remote on my mums xr8 but her car has had a replacement hesdunit put in. And the de mister button is now on the digital dash would it still work?
Definitely an electronic issue then mate. Follow the instructions in the video perfectly, and if it doesn't work it's an electrical fault. Jump on one of the BA BF Falcon groups on Facebook... one of the boys in there should be able to help, or at least point you in the right direction.
@@Horus_Works I've tried everything apparently theres a pairing module for the remotes and some people forget to hook em back up when doing a head unit so I'll have to do some investing
Hey mate I don’t have the original key and after I’ve done everything when I unlock the car it beeps and makes a locking sound but doesn’t lock or unlock
Hey mate, I never tried this without a genuine key, but I'm guessing having it would be very important to this whole process... only because it's the key that initiates everything by putting it into the key barrel. I wish I could offer more advice than that 😐
Hey mate not sure if you’ve sorted this or not but if you haven’t it should be the locking actuators. They tend to go at around 250-260***ks they’re an easy enough to replace at home my man hope this helps
Thank you really helpful for us old guys.
Don't sell yourself short mate, it's easy enough for anyone to do :)

Ah comments like this makes it all worth while! So glad to see that you got it sorted mate, and that the vids are useful. 👍Appreciate you saying so.
Brilliant clever guy nice ute too good choice of rims thanks

G,day from Sydney. Thankyou so much for your accuracy and advice. With a little persistent trying, it worked.

Happy to see that mate! I appreciate you watching and commenting 😊

Hey mate, yep the sedans have that 4th button revealed. The utes don't because that 4th button is the boot popper - no boot on the utes.
Does this fix smartlock
@kostonreti3782 I don't think it would mate, sorry.
Hi , i dont have any of the original remotes . Will this method still work without one?
I haven't tried without an original remote, but I don't see why not, since you only need the key to start the learning sequence.

Yes it should mate - the head unit shouldn't have anything to do with the remotes.
@@toobinventiv I've tried and tried but it won't work I've tried 3 press 4 5 and 6 but it don't work I'll take it to ford and see if they can get it

So you don't need your old key remote to program a new key remote
That's right, when you do the sequence, all the keys get reprogrammed, even the old one.
No old remote needed.
Keep in mind that any remote not getting trained at the same time as the others is deleted from the BCM, for security.
The Donald Trump bit... classic
Thanks mate, tying to keep things lively 😅
