Just picked one up. Really need the high float in big water like Cat and GC and Westy. Great content friend, keep it going. Just ran the San Juan and then West Water the past 7 days, hope I can get some time on the water with you someday.
Just received mine and I have to say I'm really disappointed in the side pocket zippers. they don't fully lock in/close at the top of the zipper. a day of paddling big whitewater, portaging/hiking those zippers are opening on their own and your losing all your safety gear. I noticed on the astral website the photos of the Indus has different style zippers. possibly a quality control issue? do you notice your zippers are lose don't fully close and will just open with minimal effort?
I have not noticed the side zippers opening during any activities on the water. Time will tell if there is an issue, but at this time I’m not worried about it.
@@PrivateWhitewater L/XL was way too big. M/L is still a little too big. Sits really high on me. Gonna try S/M which sounds insane for someone ~6'4" + 180lbs. We'll see. Just watched Zach's last update, maybe its not designed for my body type.

@@tylertastemaker I'm pretty much the same weight and height as you... did the S/M fit better than the M/L?
@@ridiculousyj If I had ended up keeping it, I would have kept the S/M.
