Understand Everyone likes consistency but sometimes you can really overload one person because they get everything done fast!

I have done that before in asking help for prioritization. My manager’s comment was everything is priority and had to maintain schedule.

Well, I told my manager no in a nice way and she told me you do not get to pick and choose your work, while at work. Than she was like but if you need help, come talk to me. Basically we are servants and they own us for eight hours a day.

I feel like I'd come off wrong saying this and then bring on a whole host of questions, but I'll practice it before I try it on my boss. Thank you for the video!

🤔 Hmm I've honestly found it more useful to ask MYSELF these questions in my personal life with my own goals and make said adjustments WITHOUT collaborating with others about it....like how to prioritize house work, errands, when to make personal phone calls and appointments etc outside of working for a boss.

Like that you dont really say No. I would expect to hear a trade off tasks the minimum

....or you could just change your schedule at work (if possible) to work on the less busy days so your coworkers have to take more of the workload on the heavy days or say something like I don't have time today is there anyone else who can do it or help me to complete it....doesn't "reprioritizing" still mean that you are still responsible for all the tasks yourself that you don't have time for Aenslee?

Yea, when i say no to boss they ask me, "Do you value your work?", so i will only answer "fuck no", and that's the end of talk right now.

Or for one I’m sorry my plate is full. Less than ten words and walk away. Two learn to assign a walk especially for time of going to the doctor or anything you can’t wait.
