"Young corporate workers"?? I'm now a retired boomer, and her channel speaks to the very depths of my soul. I think any corporate worker (new or seasoned) can relate!
I think everyone's been feeling it but this is the generation where people speak out and are heard more because there are more platforms that aren't fully controlled by corporate interests and narative. Edit: Spelling
just came to say the same thing. been retired 5 years after 40 years in the corporate world but still love her channel. i wish she had been around in my day but then the world was not ready to accept this kind of advice and going against the corporate world grain probably would have gotten me fired.
I turn 40 next month and stumbling across her channel has actually made me rethink my Brenda mentality and I am trying to set healthier boundaries now. I appreciate the humor but also the values she shares
I love her. Her videos are great, the characters realistic and the way she communicates and teaches lessons on corporate culture is fantastic... plus that coffee cup is epic.
I have been a fan of hers for months now in fact, I binge watch her IG channel when I need to balance my world because I’m in a high touch service industry.
I got into corporate work late in life (in my early 40's) and learning how to speak to people was an obstacle I encountered daily and was always an issue in my performance reviews. I can legitimately say, watching Laura's videos has equipped me with a vocabulary I didn't previously have. My communication skills have noticeably improved, and I feel more confident speaking with my coworkers. My most recent performance review was flawless for the first time ever. I would sign up for a corporate communications course if she had one, just putting that out there! 😉
I too entered office work later in my work life with the same workplace entity (before was a physical job driving and customer care). I remember writing an angry email to my narcissist manager that started "How dare you...", then doing another draft, and then the final draft which started "I as saddened by your email" (He'd implyed that I was stealing Time off in Lieu (TOIL)). He got better as time went on, and I actually rate him now.
Ohhhh I love herrr♥️♥️♥️♥️ She is the most amazing person and a Big Sis for all of us!!! I can never get over her videos 💖💖💖 you might get a hike and inner peace if u watch her video 😂✌🏽✌🏽💞
Good lord, she was so articulate. She didn't say "like," "ya know," "pacifically," she didn't use past and present tense in the same sentence. She actually sounded educated.
That was a moist informative video. Now what you ladies really need to do is interview all the separate member of the "Project Poodle" team. (She plays all the parts).
I love her videos. I also know the majority of the content already as I’ve been in the corporate world for a little over a decade. Although, I really enjoy the validation her videos provide. Working in corporate is the language of riddles… it’s ridiculous but, the only way to get through.
One for CEO's, Managers and Especially HR departments to learn that we all work to live, not live to work, and working ourselves into an early grave for something that can wait till tomorrow is pointless. We are replaceable if we were to die, the corporate boss and HR would be replacing you immediately without any regard or thoughts for you or what you have done for the company 😮. Coming from a Medical Hospital backgound and into the Non-Medical Office Environment was a cultural shock for me, and the total absence of what matters in this world and your life is non existent and endemic, the office world berates people to make themselves ill over things that are not life critical 😮 Health is Wealth 👍 I left the Corporate World as the toxicity became unbearable, now work for a private medical firm and get nothing but RESPECT 👍
As mentioned below, this content resonates with everyone, young or old, corporate or otherwise... also, someone missed a trick, here... apparently, one of the presenters is Cynthia Loyst... would it be a "moist" opportune moment to mention this..?? 🤪
I do like the channel, I hate the coffee cup. I may be reading it wrong but it appears to be a pretty bad word. If that word is accurate, that's pretty passive aggressive behavior. Thus, also not professional.

Yes, and even some of us who aren't corporate, (entrepreneur) but have to deal with contractors, corporations, or just difficult people.

I love her, her content is hilarious and her style is ON POINT! I hope they have her back on again.
Yes! Same!
I turn 40 next month and stumbling across her channel has actually made me rethink my Brenda mentality and I am trying to set healthier boundaries now. I appreciate the humor but also the values she shares
She is the corporate translator and advocate we all need! I'm sure she has changed people's lives with her content. ❤️❤️
She's amazingly honest yet profesional, a breath of fresh air.
The balance of work hours vs working after hours is very relatable.

Yes! Service industry too, and her content is so helpful and enriching.

Why did the host emphasize "exaggerated"? The characters she does are actual people we've all dealt with, no exaggeration.
"Control the narative of what you share online because once it's out there it's out there forever"
So pleasant and relatable, and her videos about setting boundaries at work are on point.
Laura should have brought Donna Sue
Her content is AMAZING!
Ohhhh I love herrr♥️♥️♥️♥️ She is the most amazing person and a Big Sis for all of us!!! I can never get over her videos 💖💖💖 you might get a hike and inner peace if u watch her video 😂✌🏽✌🏽💞
Best lesson from my father: Life is too short to work for people you don't like.
I have shared her videos with my colleagues and friends in corporate... We have a hearty laugh always. And Toodaloo is phrase I have started using. 😂
She is 1000% hitting my company’s issues. Legally company mgmt could end up behind the bar
She is amazing, and I love her content.
I just love her so much for content and sense humour.. she is package… god bless her
She needs her own show.
She already has her own channel...
Omg i love her videos so so much and they are my way of life. I honestly know someone exactly like every one of her characters! Please keep em coming!
Totally on point!!
II REALLY APPRECIATE OF WHAT LAURA IS DOING, SHE IS LOVE.
Good lord, she was so articulate. She didn't say "like," "ya know," "pacifically," she didn't use past and present tense in the same sentence. She actually sounded educated.
Please do more of this, we want more
LoeWhaley is amazing!! Love the channel.
I could've used some of this advice years ago when I was stuck under new management that was trying to trample over my boundaries.
She is beautiful and intelligent ❤
😭 I'm so happy to see her getting her flowers.
From Tiktok. I looooove her already
It connects because most of us live it
She is awesome, love her ❤❤❤
I love her videos!! They are very helpful.

My eyes immediately darted down to the mug on the table in front of her. I was disappointed.
I started with Xerox in the late 80's and her stuff is still relevant
Then there's the coffee mug...That says it all.
06:44 "If it is a brainstorming: face-to-face. Body language is SO important!" - vs - remote work that needs sharing ideas.

I'd love to see her in conversation w/ Keving O'Leary to see how she manages a plantation operator.
Love her 😍
this is my moist favorite
This works for all ages.
Idk why but she reminds me so much of Melissa Villaseñor
Straight from tic tok
Where can I find her? Need her name again. They speak to fast and my English is not too good.
Loewhaley

I had to come here from tiktok
The standard look: blue plain pantsuit, updo, natural makeup. (POPLAR in politics)
❤❤❤❤ Women 👑
Next one is TedTalk❤
Laura is great, The Social no so much...
Too Da Loo!
That wasn't a "diss."
It was super passive-aggressive
Of course she’s careful what she posts. No one wants to get dooce’d.
❤
👌💯🙌🙌🙌😘😘🥰🥰
work careers how you are

I don't know what is worse this woman or the fake comments under this video...
I believe that this falls in your line of responsibilities however, I will be happy to support you when needed.
That's sounds like what a fake commenter would say! Or an AH!
How are the comments "fake", troll?
