That is very subjective. Some people like or need overtime. What's most important is to gauge how you're feeling. If you're feeling overwhelmed or overworked, then it's probably too much!
Personally, I think 60 hours a week is too many for an employee, but I guess that depends on the employee's preference. If one of my team members told me they were working 60-hour weeks, I would be highly concerned and work with them to dramatically reduce their work schedule.
