    What we need to be educated on is how your boss should speak to you. We need more employee empowerment especially in the face of horrible bosses who think that they can bully, belittle and berate their way to the top and take all of the credit.

      I hate my boss. I have asked the Universe authorities, the Ancestors, God, and Satan, to remove him!!! I am willing to give up chocolate for his exit. I hope he finds another job before 4/20 or die...I'm good with either. 😅

    Lol! Ok, I'll be 60 soon, I can dance through all of office from outlook folders that mail files itself based on sender and which email it came through to creating access databank, charts & graphs in PowerPoint of course word and interlocking spreadsheets that feed into another spreadsheet in excel. I still have the newest of all offices that I subscribe to on my note 9 phone, my tablet, (surface Pro) and laptop. Lol I started with DOS, first windows I saw was 3.1. So don't count out every older person using technology. Many of us got in on it when computers were the size of a room!

      @wishfull3nigma 2 года назад +1

      Sadly many never kept up is the main issue. Its not that they can't, it's that they've become to proud, bored, or sometimes just indignant in needing to learn a new skill.

    • @cherylshort5005
      @cherylshort5005 2 года назад

      @@wishfull3nigma Actually, among ones my age those people are actually more fearful literally afraid they can't learn, then they have that prideful anger. Now contrary to that , a friends mom, never got technology, she's 90 sharp as a tacklearning so fast it blows me away! Her comment was that I'm patient lol. She's really fun to teach cause she's like a sponge full of curiosity!

      A MF--I too have been in the workforce over 40 years, and have been imagining the 'rude awakening' quickly heading his way. It's going to be earth-shatteringly unexpected, humbling, and painful. By the same token, it will be a much needed lesson.. Sometimes being publicly taken down a notch is worth more than a decade of work experience.
