ds3 p0271 injector 4 short circuit

  • in this video i got a DS3 1.6 Hdi and there was a error code
    about a injector wiring in short circuit.
    after testing i found that the injector was the culprit and was
    in short circuit.

    Hello guy. Same problem for me on injector 2 . Found 435 ohm so it’s a short circuit compared to 190 Kohm. Regards.

    Great, now need the video showing how to remove the plastic air duct so you can access and remove cylinder 4 return fuel line. Cant seem to get it off and I notice you already have yours removed? Any ideas how I remove this? I have removed the retaining bolt and loosened 4 hose clips but the entire ducting remains solidly in place.

    after changing the injector, doesn't need to clear fails by diagnos unit?

      i would clear the fault so that in the future it wont get a miss diagnose because of this code that is from a previous problem.
      also you should code the injector to the car via diagnostic so it wouldnt really take much to erase the fault.

    Hi. at what torque is the injector screw tightened at 1.6 hdi, euro 6?

      The pre torque is 4nm and then tighten to 65 degrees..

    These Continental injectors are known as fragile parts ! 112 cv that means. I noticed that you had not to modificate the code in the ecu!? Thank u

      @@PSICompanyPerformance thanks for sharing. I´ve changed all 4 Injectors and coded them with Citroen Diagbox. Engine shakes still when it´s Cold below 10 Degrees for a few Minutes. then when its little warm it runs very smooth.

      Coding these injectors is al about putting the code on the side of the injector on the ECU via a diagnostic machine, just remenber the number 1 injector is on the gearbox side and the number 4 is on the belt side.

    that faulty injector was from a 2010 from the code on top, the one you replaced it with was from a 2013 👍

      @@jamiebkc first letter of the bottom code, K 2011, L 2012, M 2013, N 2014 and so on

      The order is 1 is on the gearbox side.
      I used a injector puller to remove...its easy to remove.

    Hi buddies, Have question
    Today i did replaced second hand diesel injector and did coding. Procedure was done on injector 4 , everything was smooth, but.... now when i checked what code was writen to system - now shows 2 codes on injector 4 . Why's like that that first code even doesn't looks like from old injector, second code from new injector which one i did replaced today. Why now on injector 4 i have two codes? Shows like that 4ZFGGG-9FFGGG
    9FFGGG its new
    code.
    4ZFGGG unknown code even on old injector which one I removed was different code. Why i have now like that?

      Yes it should be and infact is in most cars, however French cars usually make it the other way around.
