@@Robbinsbuiltgarage It's kind weird how the plastic hold a metal fork, but yeah already did, its ready to put everything back together, thank so much for u help.
I would suggest not putting a screw in it unless you just can't find the clutch fork pivot stud. Their cheap at autozone. If the screw backs out and is tumbling around in your new clutch, it could possibly cause a problem. $8 bucks beats the price of a clutch.
That plastic piece is called the (clutch fork pivot stud) part number for Dorman I 14049 and their only 8 dollars at autozone.
Skanky. Love it mark!
My its broken the fork, so Buddy how the plastic goes? Just put it on the transmission whole? And tighten the screw ?
Yeah just find a screw to put in the plastic hole in fork retainer. Dont make it super tight just snug with some loctite on it.
@@Robbinsbuiltgarage thank you!!! Behind the transmission whole where the plastic goes don't does have any screw, just inside right?
@@bryanreyes1480 yeah from the inside. Put fork on and put screw through fork into the plastic piece. Screw only has to be like 1/4” long.
