      I do dips, handstand push ups and just spiking the ball on the wall or normally

      I used to voice over videos with the help of AI, but now I'm doing it myself. So this video hasn't been re-voiced yet, but I'll definitely get to it next week ;)

    can you make a video about vertical jump? I know its not everything. But my jump sucks...

      It all depends on how busy you are with training. If your recovery level allows, then you can do this 2-3 times a week.
