Jako dlouholetý hráč volejbalu a snad i větší teoretik mi přijde 3. cvičení jako protahovací a posilující prsní a deltový sval, ale jako takový bych to nenazýval útočným úderem, který by měl vycházet z posloupnosti core- pecs - shoulder - arm - forearm - palm. To cvičení vyloženě jen pákuje rameno a spíš bych doporučil ho vynechat.

I think this would help me much my height is 5'6 pretty short huh, but I have high vert to back it up with my height but the problem is my attack power is not powerful.
Brother i play volleyball, I am 6’5 and a middle blocker. In one game coach told me, watch out for number 21 he was 5’6. I can tell you, he spikes HARD AS HELL. To keep the story short he had multiple kills even tho I was blocking

Should I do the first 3 with my right shoulder since I spike right handed, or with both?
It is better to work on your both arms, then you will balance your body which is important in long term.

If you are 15+ you can use 3kg medicine ball, in national team we used 5kg😉
