I have the Borla Atak cat back on my ‘17 SRT and it does not sound NEARLY as beefy as this. Did you modify your exhaust at all? Maybe you deleted the cats or resonator?

It wasnt a cold start....motor was warm. Now it was cold outside though...thats why u see the smoke from the exhaust. Drove it prior to the install. Your talking to a car guy bro....I know u have to let a car warm up before u punch the gas. Thanks for the view though!!
Freedom five For some reason, Jeep made exhaust flaps/butterflies inside the exhaust for the 14's. I don't know the particulars, but just adding a catback exhaust barely changes the sound. Watch videos of a 2014 with an atak exhaust compared to a 15 or newer. They sound like completely different animals. The valves/flaps/butterflies, whichever you want to call it, must be located before the catback. Maybe someone can chime in and correct me if I'm wrong, but that's how it was described to me
@@WatchMeBURNFuel you're thinking of pre '14. But the when you do a catback you're changing everything from the cats on back so the flaps you're referring to wouldn't be there anyway. If you do axle back then yes.
i suspect he did cuz i had a borla pre installed on a 2006 dodge daytona that i bought and it was as quiet as a mouse embarrassingly quiet granted it wasn't borla atak but still this brand didn't impress me
We're are the resinaters and question do your u have too do it as 3 inch exhaust video showed u only cut off the back mufflers off I had 06 srt8 and I redid magna flow 3 inch no res sounded amazing
