As someone who lived in California I recommend that you keep your stock exhaust because of something called CARB California air resource board you will not pass inspection and will not get tag and after 30 days with an out of state tag you will get pulled over and fined!

IVI0NSTERxx8 we have tested numerous exhaust and our exhaust flows just as much as any aftermarket exhaust the the power gain and sound is the same we have the dyno sheets to prove it and also our exhaust cost less than half of the big name exhaust like corsa and magnaflow so it's a win win

I just moved down to Texas from the North east. We fit our entire apartment (bed, tables, couches, clothes, etc) into a single 16' moving truck with room to spare and towed my Miata. The truck was super clean, drove well, and I had no issues along the way. It looks like it's about $700-$800 to make the drive from Dallas to San Diego in one with the online discount and the AAA discount.

Because there wasn't a Trans Am in '68. Firebirds were in '67, but the TA package for the Firebird wasn't available until '69. Regardless, both the '68 Camaro and Firebirds are badass! On that note, the things I would do to get my hands on a '70 Firebird.

long tube headers are for supercharged , n/a engine's brotaterchip... go with a 76mm turbo too a 96mm wont come on for like 48-72hrs and is like nothing nothing nothing Bam 300- 1200hp now! sweet ride though!

Chase Schrader that drones like hell. I've had so many different exhaust systems on many different cars and I can tell that they are gonna be wishing they left the small mufflers on there about an hour into the drive to Cali... it's a total clapper exhaust..
Chase Schrader Believe me it will. I've got a 5.7 300C with no resonators and Loudmouth 2 mufflers and that drones a decent amount. Can only imagine what straight pipes will be like, especially if the 6.4 has the MDS mode on it like mine.
Shawn Carson Shawn u got headers or anything? I got loudmouth 2 also on my jeep. with kooks long tube headers and high flow cats. when I had no mufflers it was just stupid.
rikki mopar Stock headers for now. Planning to go longtubes high flow cats later on down the road. Even with my setup though it drones a bit. Especially between 1800-2100 RPM.

Wait till you get the P0471 Exhaust Sensor Performance because your missing the butterfly valves, you lose backpressure.
Just clear the code. nothing you can really do about it other than put a restriction on the pipe to the Pressure sensor.
MDS is disabled when this code happens.
Actually that Crimp is a Factory crimp to get to the bolt above it..

That's a 68 Camaro. 68 had vent windows and 68 didn't. Both 67-68 had the round fenders where the 69 had the flat top fenders. The hidden headlights were part of the RS package which was available in all 3 years. Hth

The dent in the exhaust is from the manufacturer, supposedly they do it for fitment. I had the same thing on my SRT Durango.

Paul Fiebig he doesnt kniw what a straight pipe is... So hes still got 90% of the stock exhaust where a straight pipe would require full header to tip replacement and due to the ecu, a full computer flash and he would lose alot of power.

thebaddog410 no an engine needs some sort or back pressure. And its to loud . I kept the "suitcase" muffler on mine an 3 inch back with borla atak. Loud at wide open throttle but tolerable on the highway. If this dude was my neighbor an revving his straight piped jeep every other day he would have a problem.

sounds cool but imo it kinda gets rid of the point of the srt. the srt should be a sleeper that no one knows is as fast as it is. maybe a slight upgrade from factory (I haven't heard a stock exhaust yet) but nothing too excessive

I know this video is old but I’m lookin into a Jeep Srt now either a 13 or 14. I want a 14 for everything in the 8 speed and just the whole look and interior of the car. But the 13 is a good 3-5k price difference. But man if that’s a 12 or 13 which I assume it is by the headlights and steering wheel it still sounds and looks like a beast.

About that N64 life lol! We had one when I was a kid. Used to play a lot with it and my favorite games ofc were the golden eye, Super Mario, Zelda ocarina of time, star wars, and one rally game which name I can't remember. Sadly all the controllers broke and the console got lost..
