Well let's be honest with the background error: They introduce a whole new mechanic and not one precon uses that mechanic. Nothing you would expect so I can understand that one :D
The precons do use it because the alternate commander is mono- colored and can be used with that deck as long as you also use the background with that commander
@@mdmedlin75 Yes absolutely! But the main commanders I meant in this case, sorry for not being more clear, don't use it. Unlike for example Sefris of the Hidden Ways uses the dungeon mechanic. Since the mass of creatures from Journey all ETB at the same time, and the triggers can be ordered however you like, End-Raze does indeed get to buff everything except the Wolf tokens before the Warstorm Surge happens.
I think the problem though is that Warstorm sees the power and toughness of the creatures as they enter, which does happen before End-Raze's trigger resolves, so no matter how you order it, they don't get the extra 2 power before Warstorm sees them enter. The Raze buff can definitely resolve first, but Warstorm's damage will still be based on the power without Raze.

Thanks, everyone for coming out to play
O my that gruul deck is powerful.
Correct me if I'm wrong and am just not seeing something, but Olivia's turn two goes as follows: plays command tower and has access to five total mana, taps sol ring and forest to play three visits while floating one colorless, puts another forest into play untapped and has access to four mana, says "one, two, explore" but only taps a single forest to cast it not spending the floating colorless, does not play a land off the explore and then uses the remaining three to cultivate. Am I missing something or was this just a miscount?
"Have you ever played green before" proves Serge isn't the premier lands pilot of this format
Uhhh awesome , love this hijinksy content :D
is it just me or olivia payed 2 mana for the three visits, then use the floating mana for the explore with the green and then use that floating mana again for the cultivate?
Yeah she did.
Olivia, what are those wonderful blue dices?
I''ll be honest, Faldorn is probably my favorite precon and I have tweaked it. It's a fun deck when it pops off
Serge, the 7th edition Serra Angel? If you gotta go white border, at least use a 4th edition one or something with the OG art
I wish that captain could add the horror creaturetype from his trigger 👀. It wouldnt even be busted xD
Just use maskwood nexus to make all the things you steal horrors as well.
Amy feeling the pain of Liesa almost the whole game. I can't stand playing Brawl against that card. It must be awful to have it in commander and affect the whole table. That's Magic though. Great video. The banter is everything.
I also have a Liesa deck, so I'm usually the one doing the hosing!
Precons nowadays are so darn good.
Aaayoooos are my favorite!!!!
I like that Amy has Glendale from Centaurworld as her token
Hey friends welcome back to a fun game , oliva is playing my deck, go off 👸 good luck everyone
That last play XD
Remember what happens in Zelda games when you attack a chicken? Or Skyrim when you kill a chicken? Fear the chicken. Respect the chicken.
I recently got called out for rolling a spin-down life counter die instead of an actual D-20... be careful out there..
Yeah I've heard some fun stories about that haha. I usually roll 2d6s 😋
Watching this video makes me wanna get that gruul precon right away cause that's insane. I never expected the xenagos planeswalker to be reprinted alongside Jeska's will. Oh my lord that was a lot of math for me to even to figure out from just watching lol
It's the best of this bunch of precons for sure!
@@EDHijinks indeed. Lovely game overall tho. It's still mind boggling on how far precons have become from running cards that arent worth picking up the precon to just wanting to pick one up right off the gate due to having cards that can even the playing level on a commander deck basically build from scratch lol
Special guest request: Kibler and Kyle Hill because they make each other nuts in the most entertaining way.
Did someone forget to send Serge the memo about using precon decks?
We discussed it before the game and were happy to test the precons against a tuned deck like we usually do
