LOL - Thanks for not sharing your life story on your recipe pages! 🤣 It can be frustrating to scroll endlessly to get to a recipe, while being assaulted with ads & video pop-ups. I appreciate you! 😀
Oh!!! I love your channel!!! Your personalities!!! Your recipes!!! Thank you so much ☺️!!! Happy Birthday Tim!!! I’m 51!!! I’ve been vegan since I was 15!!!! I appreciate this channel!!! Thank you and Joey!
@@lizpimentel2566 It was much more difficult than it is now! I would ask a restaurant if they had anything VEGAN and they would look very confused. Of course, we didn’t use the term “plant based” but I doubt that would have changed their understanding. I would have to say that vegetables were offered. Not much else, on the protein scale except for tofu or beans.
I really want to make this! Thank you for making these high protein low calorie recipes. I'm only 5'0.5" tall, so all these high protein vegan recipes i find on youtube are wayyy too many calories. These recipes are a lifesaver!
I just love watching your videos.. please do "what i eat in a week ." I would love to watch longer videos.. i love high protein vegan stuff.. and your recipes are truly inspiring and really creative..
Team Troxel! I envision that for your vlog name going forward as you and Tim approach the changes you have and are making as a team. I appreciate your sharing everything you are doing with your food choices. You will impact many lives with this shared information. With gratitude and grace! XO
This is so good! I used TVP and it turned out really well. Thank you, it will be on my rotation list, with the Mcdougall gravy for sure. Thanks for sharing!
Enjoy ur show…happy birthday 🥳! PBD I’ll turn 70 this year, 13 years all whole foods pb, gonna run my first ever long race (over 20miles) it’s a 50k, can’t wait for august, 💯 % vegan no oils and feel damn great!
So creative! I love the idea of adding cubed protein bread, combined with the gravy it reminds me of Thanksgiving stuffing. 😍 Also really interested in using flaked onions as a topping for veggies - never thought to do that! This just looks like a perfect meal.
Looks great, can't wait to try it out. I'd love a video for the gravy recipe. I usually do a similar loaf but add chopped roasted mushrooms and riced cauliflower (roasted to remove excess moisture and add some flavor) and roasted walnuts (very fine chop in the food processor). There are so many combinations you can use to make a vegan loaf or burger, I'm always trying different variations.
Going to try this loaf. Bought top and used it once. 😂. Glad to see another recipe. I might try to make mini loaves in my silicone muffin pan. Great job staying on track, Joey! Doing it with ya!
Happy Birthday, Tim! This looks so good! I can't wait to make this! Any tips for wanting a little something sweet after dinner? Do you just do the ice cream?
I like sriracha and ground nigella seeds on my green veggies. This recipe is a winner and the generous use of herbs and spices is fantastic! Also, there is alot of sodium in the Noble Plate crumbles themselves...420 mg in 56 grams. For that reason and budget constraints I will be using TVP, but nice to know about pea protein crumbles. Do you guys experiment with soy curls? Not as protein dense as seitan or pea crumbles, but nice option to change things/up boost protein content. My favorite is vegan doro wat with ethiopian berbere spices.
I was wondering about Trader Joe's pea crumbles. Have heard good things but not sure of the sodium content. I would like to keep my sodium down as well. Always looking for the cleanest ingredients and the lowest sodium. :)
@@pda2836 I did not know TJs sold pea protein. Looking online it has even more sodium 680 mg per 48 grams dry weight. If you did not have soy allergies you could mix 50/50 with TVP. I might try, thanks for the tip.
I can’t wait to try this, I’m low salt so I probably will leave off the tamari sauce, I’m thinking maybe balsamic vinegar could replace that. I’m dreaming of a meatloaf sandwich with the leftovers
I am definitely a fan, particularly of the high protein recipes. So, I am not trying to be mean at all, however, if I didn't know about your birthdays, I would have picked Joey to be the younger one...😉

What was it like to be vegan in the 90s? I've always been curious because now it seems there's so many options.

Just made it. Great! We decided we would ad diced up mushrooms instead of bread. So glad you shared on Cronometer☘️
I need to get on the mushroom train. So many great benefits but I just don't like them. I need the nutrition from them for sure.

Can you make a high protein vegan tiramisu recipe.. ??

Better than bouillon is not gluten free according to their website. I was very upset to learn this!
Wow, I had no idea!
Thanks!
"PLEASE", PLEASE, tell us how much your are using, not just in grams. I don't know how much grams equals to ours. thank you.
Missing your Sunday batch prep videos! 😢
Coming soon!

Nah, Tim is younger by 5 years. I am just the pretty one. HA!
Do you and Tim ever dabble in jackfruit? I bought frozen jackfruit and need a SIMPLE recipe.
We do have a few jackfruit recipes. We have a jerk jackfruit recipe right here: ruclips.net/video/ujGd3EpuUu4/видео.html
Was there a specific reason you used pea crumbles or could you switch for TVP?
You can use TVP for sure
What is “tea water”? I’ve seen it in other recipes of yours also.
Hot water from a tea kettle.
Not sure what your meatless crumbles are like, but do you think tvp would work in place of it? Thank you for the recipe!
Yes, for sure!
Where did you get the pea protein from?
Fry's grocery store
What is the protein bread that you are using?
I've seen them use Primal Bakery Protein Bread in the past.
