We made this after making pineapple vinegar with the rind. Tried it with a very large thumb of ginger and baking stevia (1 c.) which is only half sugar since not culturing this time, top up to eight cups, served six. Husband is diabetic. We decided even though it tasted great, we want to try it with more ginger and lemon next time. The family thinks it is Fantastic!!! A keeper.
Just made it using simply Lemonade and pineapple didn’t add sugar cause the lemonade probably had a lot but it tasted amazing I added a bunch of ice to make a slushy version for those hot summer days too
