    I used to soak my fruits with baking soda about 2 minutes then rinse it,then soak again with salt for 2 minutes again. Rinse well to wash the pesticides 😉

    I makes oranges like this 😁 if you use the zest sugar soaking method it gives lots of flavor even if you only used one orange fruit.

      You put the zest right in the sugar and rub it together with your fingers then let it sit to extract the oils out to maximize flavor.

    Hi! If you are vending lemonade and you're shopping for water can you use distilled water? Purefied water? Spring water? I ask because when you shop the store could be out of spring water. Can you fill up a big container from Walmart? Using your own big container? "Refill"?

    Very important question! Would lemon pulp, as well, make a difference too? Adding lemon pulp WITH the zest into the boiling water? Will the taste of lemon be more intense or is it not needed here? Thank you! I ask because after I squeezed the lemons I noticed lots of pulp.

      Hi.. Actually, I have not yet tried adding lemon pulp to the lemon syrup during boiling. But I have searched that you can also add the lemon juice and the pulp together with the zest during boiling.     Would it make sense to zest the lemons before juicing them? It's VERY hard to zest a fruit after you squeeze it. Can I skip the vinegar? You cleaned them a lot.

      Hi.. yes, actually it is easier to zest lemons before juicing. Zesting the lemons after juicing is just a tip for those who would like to have a lemonade business.. but if for personal consumption, you may zest it before juicing. As for the vinegar, it is just our way of cleaning fruits. You can skip it if you want 🙂 Thanks for watching🙂

      Hi po.. Ang binibili po kase naming lemon ay yung mga nasa boxes po. Usually imported po yung mga yon. Sa balintawak or divisoria po marami. Bsta po sa paggawa ng lemon syrup na may zest is yung yellow part lang po ng balat yung isasama. Mapait na po kase yung white part kaya iwasan pong maisama sa zest🙂

      Hi po.. San nyo po binabad yung lemon? Yung buong balat po b ng lemon? Sa amin po kase yung pinaka yellow part lang po ng balat ng lemon. Mapait po talaga kapag nasama pati po yung white part or kapag yung buong balat po mismo ng lemon ang isinama. Yung pinaka yellow part lang po tĺaga dapat🙂

      Or you mean po ba na isinama nyo po sa lemonade yung balat ng lemon after ma squeeze? Kapag ganun po talagang pumapait kapag matagal na pong nakababad yung balat kaya di po kami naglalagay ng buong balat sa lemonade.

      Hello po.. actually po nung nag start kami sa lemonade ma'am nagtry muna kami na fructose ang gamit pero matabang po yung lasa nya overall... Di ko po marerecommend ang fructose kaya nagtry po kaming gumawa ng sugar syrup with lemon zest. Mas ok po sya 🙂

      Once lang po kase kaming nagtry ng fructose sa lemonade kaya nalimutan ko na po exact amount pero pwede nyo po munang subukan na 50 ml for 22 oz na lemonade then adjust nalang po kayo depende sa gusto nyo🙂

    Pag po kaya 12oz 16oz at 22oz magkano po kaya bentahan? Pag sa 12oz poba 1whole lemon din? Pati sa 16oz 1wholelemon din??? Planning ako mag dagdag neto kasi sobra tumal ng sarisari store 😢😢😢😢

      Actually po marami ang kailangan. Ang ginawa po namin nung nag start palang kami nag zest po kami ng whole lemon na mga around 10 pcs. Pero ginamit parin po namin yung mga lemons na yun for lemonade😂. Then nung nag start na po kaming magbenta ng lemonade, tinatabi po namin sa isang container lahat ng balat ng lemon na na squeezed na tapos nilalagay po sa ref. Yun po yung sine zest namin for next batch ng syrup🙂
