    Can get much more rpm out of your bike then you’ll feel the slipping off the seat, after tune it redlines at 8800rpm, atleast mine does with the trask intake and 2-1 tbr, I ended up going with the saddle man solo seat and got the passenger seat to match for more support to keep me on the bike, they are rockets in the rpm’s

      After the tune is installed, you can remove it.
      However, you can also keep it plugged in to collect data if you want as well. They even make a handlebar mount for it so you can watch the different gauges on the PV3 while you're riding if you want.

    Question for ya:
    When you did these flashes, did you put your battery on a charger to make sure it didn’t die on you while it was writing the files? I only ask because every other video about doing this tells the viewer to make sure and put your battery on a charger to make sure it doesn’t go dead while flashing, but it looks like you made it through the process just fine without an external charger.
    Any info. you guve would be much appreciated :)

    • @NathanRokusek
      @NathanRokusek  3 года назад +1

      Yes the tune definitely did. Most stock vehicles run lean for emissions, so even a stock bike will run healthier with a fuel adjustment tune.

    That cheap radient slip ons actually causes your bike to lose power. Get some something longer but shorter than stock. You will notice the difference.

    • @NathanRokusek
      @NathanRokusek  3 года назад +2

      The headers themselves are plenty long enough. The only thing that's wrong with them is the diameter. Would be best to have them a tad wider. The tune is what accounts for the lack of mufflers, or in your case, "length." Unlike what most people who are used to googling info instead of actually having experience with motors and tuning, "back pressure" is only needed for de-tuned (stock) motors. The only reason a modified and tuned motor would need a decent length of pipe is to prevent rapid cooling of the exhaust chamber and exhaust valves. Especially for motorcycles, the headers are plenty enough length for this issue. The only real "mod" I could do that would remotely benefit my setup with the current tune would be to wrap the headers with exhaust wrap to further hold in heat, however I dislike the look that gives the bike.
      So yes, with an UN-TUNED motorcycle, I would loose power with the slip ons. But since mine IS tuned (which is what I do in this video), the injectors and air/fuel ratio is adjust for the extra air being released
