Probably one of my favourites. I return to this over and over and over again. 15 mins gives a super pump and a fantastic workout and offcoarse another chance to practice your 2 min Plank. Its workouts like this that got me addicted to Carolines training methodology.

How have I not done this one!??. I usually go to another arm workout but boy did this challenge! Lifting my water to my mouth was a shaky mess but I will definitely do this one again. So followed up the repeat of EPIC heat day 2 Shoulders, with this biceps and tricep workout. This one is very special to me, when I started following Caroline she keep promising that a great arms workout was on the way and she didnt forget. I loved this, first time round and I love it now. Probably the workout that got me hooked and the one I have repeated the most, I remember the struggle with 8s back then and today I use 12.5kg DB. I was so impressed with Carolines form, definition and shear determination doing this first time and that still remains the same well over a year later. What is also astonishing is how many workouts I had to scroll back through to find this one, can't believe what I have done in the last 14months 😳❤

Just wanted to say thank you for these workouts. My gym has been closed since March and isn't going to open any time soon. I've kept up the cardio but mostly I've been very confused about how to try to regain some of the muscle without the gym. Really grateful for the guidance you provide. I have been doing whatever gets posted to the channel and feeling some strength beginning to return.

Hey Caroline! Absolutyely loved this work out. Definitely felt the burn in my arms. Also I didn't know how long the plank at the end was supposed to be. I was so surprised when I saw the timer just ticking away. But im so happy that I completed the whole 2 min plank in my first attempt. I was actually wondering how long I could plank. This workout unknowingly taught me that I can definitely go beyond 2 mins too. Thats my next aim. I love your workouts so much. Thanks for making the lockdown 100 times better

Saved this one to my favorites. It was intense! I kept thinking, ok, this is the toughest curl….then the next curl would start and I’d think ok, THIS is the toughest curl! If I had to choose, I’d say the external rotation curls were the hardest. My arms were on fire by the end of this workout. And holding that 2 minute plank at the end my whole body was shaking. Such a great feeling when you hear the last set of beeps and you know you completed it!

I love your workout videos! Held the plank for the solid 2 minutes, no breaks. With the format of this workout, would you say even though it’s only 15 min it’s about as effective as a lengthier workout? I usually like to hit at least 30 min of a workout session but know sometimes shorter ones can still be effective. It’s just hard for me to break my mind away from hitting that 30-40 min number and feeling like I did a full workout 😅
I loved this one!! It's short but so effective! I even held the plank for the full two minutes, but those last 10 seconds of it sure were the longest :-) Thank you ❤️

So day two of kickass kettle bells with additional abs and now added this. Probably my all time favourite. Caroline I did a little modification today, instead of chair dips I did tricep pushups for 45 secs with only 15 secs rest between the supersets. It really burns but you feel so good at the end. For anyone reading this particular guys, try this then look in the mirror, you will be hooked with the pump👊👊👊 Enjoy satisfaction guaranteed.
Brilliant!!! So simple and yet so effective. Started with the bodyweight dips on bars but still haven't mastered balance and my triceps strength is still a work in progress 😋, so I decided to continue dips with a chair and my legs straight on the floor... But I'm proud of myself! Loved it!!! 👊💪😘
I have commented on this video a couple times already but I just love it so much! I completed this after tempo week back and biceps for a little extra burn on my biceps with some triceps thrown in too. Mission completed! Burn is on! I will have trouble lifting my arms now but the muscles are there 😜 love it!

I love your workout videos! Held the plank for the solid 2 minutes, no breaks. With the format of this workout, would you say even though it’s only 15 min it’s about as effective as a lengthier workout? I usually like to hit at least 30 min of a workout session but know sometimes shorter ones can still be effective. It’s just hard for me to break my mind away from hitting that 30-40 min number and feeling like I did a full workout 😅
Caroline is the only fitness RUclipsr I trust with my arms. Just a few videos and the difference is major

So day two of kickass kettle bells with additional abs and now added this. Probably my all time favourite. Caroline I did a little modification today, instead of chair dips I did tricep pushups for 45 secs with only 15 secs rest between the supersets. It really burns but you feel so good at the end. For anyone reading this particular guys, try this then look in the mirror, you will be hooked with the pump👊👊👊 Enjoy satisfaction guaranteed.

Brilliant!!! So simple and yet so effective. Started with the bodyweight dips on bars but still haven't mastered balance and my triceps strength is still a work in progress 😋, so I decided to continue dips with a chair and my legs straight on the floor... But I'm proud of myself! Loved it!!! 👊💪😘

I have commented on this video a couple times already but I just love it so much! I completed this after tempo week back and biceps for a little extra burn on my biceps with some triceps thrown in too. Mission completed! Burn is on! I will have trouble lifting my arms now but the muscles are there 😜 love it!
