Just a PSA for all the younger girls in the audience: your vagina is self cleaning and you never need to clean inside it unless a doctor tells you to. Even if you’re worried about smell, douching will actually disrupt the natural ph balance of your vagina and it will smell worse. All you need to do is clean the outside with unscented soap or just water, and that will keep everything the most happy! Edit: everyone gets to make their own decisions about what’s best for their body! Let’s try to be respectful of the choices others make about their own bodies. The ramen seasoning as broth when you’re sick is actually a pretty good idea. There’s a ton of salt in those packets and getting those electrolytes will actually help you get better.
dont ever just use water to clean the outside. use a soap like dove white or sensitive bar or dr bronners but u HAVE to mix/dilute the dr bronners with water. Wash ur vagina with cold water . you should never just use water bc that WONT get rid of period smells pee smells or any other smells people might have. .rinse the inside good with water ,but dont douche i agree

The "broth in a bottle" is a wonderful idea. I remember trying to eat soup when lying down with a back injury. It was so difficult and messy it was hardly worth the effort (and I was in so much pain all I could tolerate eating at the time was soup). If I could have sipped broth from a water bottle it would have solved a lot of issues!
I was a dumb kid with a shoplifting stint I was lucky enough to not get caught for. Thanks so much for all these videos that might discourage kids like I used to be from making the wrong decisions 💖

I have and I have been out of prison for 4 years now and still to this day I make "hook ups/bricks" it's with ramen noodles but u mix different things in it like crushed up Doritos and a little bit of mayo and cheese and meat stick pieces on a tortilla shell is my fav😂😂😂 or a dope fein...is like a honey bun with peanut butter spread on top then crush up ur fav kind of candy bar or m&m's ect it's crazy the things ppl make or drink or eat or use in prison...u get verrrrrrry creative lol
I was APPALLED at an American prison who allowed a woman {Roxanna Brown🙏} to die in agony from a ruptured ulcer {Withdrawing at the time} Bloody inhumane. Her family received a 'payout' but that didn't help Roxanna.

The coffee/cocoa combo reminds me when I was in a psych ward for about 3 days everyone combined the decaf coffee with the cocoa powder they had just to have something tasty 😂 it was at a hospital so the coffee did come out hot
Me being a girl who did almost seven months in a city jail I only DREAMED of a water bottle, jolly ranchers, or sprite 😭 I went that long with no soda at all 💯
It's rough in prison. I spent a few days in lockups, got out and forfeited bond while awaiting the Grand Jury and criminal court. The Criminal Court case is what got my unsecured bond revoked. I spent a lovely three day vacation in Rikers Island. I was cleared on all charges but what little I saw convinced me I did NOT want to return. The CO's also planted a shank in my cell because they liked me so much they wanted me to stay with them for a few more years. The shank went down between my locker and the wall. They tossed my cell, searched me and were REALLY frustrated and p**ed off. I looked straight ahead and kept my mouth SHUT. They also had a pet stoolie there as a witness. Really nice guys. Just sharing an experience with you, Christina.
Everybody Having period at the same time is because when you live with another women your periods are gonna converge to one another It is totally normal to happen for ex me and my roommate had our period at the same time after living together more than a year This is all about hormones and shit that make it happen but its interesting
It’s true yes! If women live with each other they will ovulate and have periods at the same time. If there is a male housemate living in the same room/floor they will ovulate at different times! Also the most dominant women have the most dominant pheromones and other women will adjust to their cycles (really fascinating) this thing happens to almost every animal species out there :) hamsters even get so close in cycles that they will ovulate at the same hour :D

I've lived with two women in the last 4 years, we had 2 men in the home with us and it didnt change a thing. We still got our period at the same time. So did friends of mine that live in a sober house, and my mom and aunt are the same way. It is cool though.

As an endometriosis sufferer, nothing is more of an incentive to not go to prison as the idea of only having ibuprofen and a hot bottle to help me

I have and I have been out of prison for 4 years now and still to this day I make "hook ups/bricks" it's with ramen noodles but u mix different things in it like crushed up Doritos and a little bit of mayo and cheese and meat stick pieces on a tortilla shell is my fav😂😂😂 or a dope fein...is like a honey bun with peanut butter spread on top then crush up ur fav kind of candy bar or m&m's ect it's crazy the things ppl make or drink or eat or use in prison...u get verrrrrrry creative lol

The coffee/cocoa combo reminds me when I was in a psych ward for about 3 days everyone combined the decaf coffee with the cocoa powder they had just to have something tasty 😂 it was at a hospital so the coffee did come out hot

Me being a girl who did almost seven months in a city jail I only DREAMED of a water bottle, jolly ranchers, or sprite 😭 I went that long with no soda at all 💯
SAME. I did a couple weeks a few times in county, and ALL I wanted was Dr Pepper! Lol
Some of us outside can go years without having any soda.
Bc jail is worse then prison, being under a year they really don't give a fuck

It's rough in prison. I spent a few days in lockups, got out and forfeited bond while awaiting the Grand Jury and criminal court. The Criminal Court case is what got my unsecured bond revoked. I spent a lovely three day vacation in Rikers Island. I was cleared on all charges but what little I saw convinced me I did NOT want to return. The CO's also planted a shank in my cell because they liked me so much they wanted me to stay with them for a few more years. The shank went down between my locker and the wall. They tossed my cell, searched me and were REALLY frustrated and p**ed off. I looked straight ahead and kept my mouth SHUT. They also had a pet stoolie there as a witness. Really nice guys. Just sharing an experience with you, Christina.

It is totally normal to happen for ex me and my roommate had our period at the same time after living together more than a year

It’s true yes! If women live with each other they will ovulate and have periods at the same time. If there is a male housemate living in the same room/floor they will ovulate at different times! Also the most dominant women have the most dominant pheromones and other women will adjust to their cycles (really fascinating) this thing happens to almost every animal species out there :) hamsters even get so close in cycles that they will ovulate at the same hour :D

I've lived with two women in the last 4 years, we had 2 men in the home with us and it didnt change a thing. We still got our period at the same time.
So did friends of mine that live in a sober house, and my mom and aunt are the same way. It is cool though.
