I can't recognize Mikee at all through this radio effect. Unmasked and masked sound so different, considering that masked voice is basically the same Mikee's voice but with the radio effect applied.

If you're talking about the Radios that are in Surface Tension. I'm mostly going to make a different vid on that cuz I can't even tell with the marines on the radios if they are talking with or without their gasmasks.
@@CommanderLVJ1 Oh, I think what you're about is the Half-Life 1 version of these guys where they have their own idle radio chatter. This game doesn't have any of that, even with me doing my playthrough of it I didn't hear radio chatter. The radio chatter with these guys talk are the radios in On a Rail and Surface Tension. I checked all of the files with the Marines both Gasmask and unmasked in this game that is all I could find with these guys.
Why I did not think of this in the first place I’m not sure; but I think I figured out exactly what it is, I’ve gotten a bunch of mods on the steam workshop that add a bunch of things to the game including ones called “extended captions and dialogue“ and “unused sounds restored“ again; along with a bunch of others, so I’m guessing it’s one of those that added the miscellaneous radio chatter.
You say that because you havent stoped to actually hear what they say. The conbine audio lines are some of the best ever made in videogame history. Way, waaaaay more impresive than this ones. These are not bad at all either.

No I’m referring to indistinguishable radio chatter that comes through the walkie-talkie (at least type things) the marines have on them.
