CIRCL Mobility Flow

  • Follow along as I flow through my 4 movement patterns we currently do for class. In a CIRCL Mobility class, we normally go through each move individually 3 times on each side after a warm up. Then, we do this flow, twice on each side. Finally, we do some cool down stretches. Which movement patterns do you like best?
    1 Squat windmill
    2 Shoulder opener
    3 Butterfly
    4 Spine wave
