Thanks for the sub! i hope you subbed lol. Yeah it seems to be the same thing basically. I love the updates and i hope they don't turn on a monthly fee for your data.
The watch will be able to do a lot more for you. The ring is going to have a bigger focus on your sleep where the watch will be able to do a lot more. I imagine both will sync to your watch. Big question is are you comfortable sleeping with a watch on?
I am tired sleeping with a watch. My hand needs breathing. Watch for notifications, just smartphone extention and activities, ring for everything else. And that will drain the battery far less of the watch. If you have either samsung or apple watch ultra, you can easily push around three days without the constant tracking
What is the sampling rate for heart beat, blood oxygen, HRV, temperature etc. ?? If the sampling rate is 1 time every 15 minutes, it is nearly useless. I believe that a sample rate of 1 time every 30 seconds is the minimum for accurate data.
I am not sure. it seems to be similar to the Apple Watch in terms of HR. My blood oxygen is usually fine anyway but when I go to Colorado it was very low.
i am doing another video on it with their glucose monitor as well. I honestly dont seem to prefer daily tracking but the weekly report they have which helps me get an overall picture instead of each day. I do like the sleep score but i guess i have not taken a nap with it other than sleeping on the couch before going to bed.

Why does one need a smart ring if one already wears an Apple Watch? I don't have either, and wondering which I should get.

great points. Yes i think the watch would be great if you have two of them. One for daytime and one for sleeping so they are always charged.

I currently have a size 11 Oura ring but I want to get the ultra human ring. Should I just order a size 11? Or how do the sizes compare
it seems to be pretty true to size but i also like mine a little bigger for the notch.
How did you find the ultra human for tracking naps. Cheers 👍
