    I need exercises for the inside of the quads and glutes … need to build them up with out over working the ITBand .. Tank you in advance

    Could you please state the number of repetitions per exercise. It seems like you are only counting down at 321 at the end I would like to be able to do these when I travel and won't have the video. Thank you
