31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

God has no pleasure in the death of the wicked, they may be destroyed at the very end, but it does not have to be!! Choose ye this day whom he will serve, and allow Jesus dwell in your heart!! Jesus died so you do not need to be burned up , and loose out on eternal life with Him!!

I like your shows, and your summation is quite good.Most christians are right into the concept of the judaic hell, and use it as a threat.
Ultimately no human should be destroyed by some loving god who created them, and could change everything in a thought.Free will just does not cut the mustard in my book.
Nicely presented. One would think agnostics would have taken the time to read what the Bible had to say about Hell. Instead they've been dupe and became advocates for the Devil himself.
They do not believe the bible is a true account. Why would they bother with it. Most Christians don't read it and most teach bullsht like this and that's why others say these things.

THE STORY OF LAZARUS IS A PARABLE - IT IS NOT A LITERAL STORY - IT TEACHES THE FOLLOWING -
1. That the rich are not blessed and saved and that the poor are not despised by God and lost
2. That Abraham is not our saviour by lineage but only Christ
3. that the dead have nothing ever to do with life on earth after they are dead ...there is a great gulf between us - verse 26
4. That people who reject Christ and truth on earth will not change even if you perform miracles for them by raising one from the dead
5. That how you treat the poor on earth affects you in the judgment
6. the one who has 5 brethern is Judah - as he had 5 brothers and he was the father of the Jews but the Jews rejected christ even though he was raised and Lazarus from the dead - they still crucified him...jUDAH HAD 5 HALF BROTHERS ALSO
but here is the main point there is no place as hell or limbo or purgatory - hell is a fire that annihihlates the sinner back to dust see Gen.3.3-4 qnd 19...for God is love....read Malachi 4.1-3 and Eze. 28. 18-19 in the KJV....also Exodus 21.6 and JEr. 17.27 where a lifetime and fire are temporary...not eternal in time but IN RESULT...it is PUNISHMENT NOT PUNISHING
Everytime I read daniel or revelations, all I feel is Fear and no love, but the bible teaches us to love, and out of that fear I repent on a daily basis even though I don't claim to be a Christian, and I can see why a lot of people turn away from it
how can you repent if you are not a christian - become one by simply believing that Christ died for you and gives you a covering of his righteousness so you stand before God as if you have never sinned...and its free...when you understand D & R you will smile with the joy of learning
This is possible only if God did not know that Satan would rebell before be created him and that didn't know that man would rebell before he created them. When we read that God regreted making man it seems as though he didn't know man would rebell. If he knew that he would regret it, why would he do it?

@@MSB780maybe the 1850s SDA church but do you know this SDA church has changed from the belief of it's prophetess and founders? The founders never believed in the trinity, now that's their 2nd core belief. That's just one issue they've changed on. It really depends on which SDA church you speak of...

To put a convicted thought simply, what people think the early SDA's believed regarding the Trinity is just them trying to figure out what exactly it was before they settled on the idea of the Biblically correct Trinity.
Look up Ty Gibson's book called The Heavenly Trio and he explains all the theology and Biblical reasoning behind it all with the thoughts and ideas from the founders.
Its a deep read so understand that it can be challenging, but I'll say it again, anti-trinitarianism is not Biblical.

Please address the common argument that if humans reject an eternal God, it only makes sense such rebels suffer eternal punishment.
Also please address the argument that since immortal God created man in his image, therefore the soul of man is inherently immortal.

the description is there from Jesus himself: and he says it three times in a row referencing Hell, saying where the worm dieth not and the fire is not quenched. mark 9:44. Be not deceived by smooth words and explanations of what people would like to hear.

OK, so we're supposed to be cool with a god who created a place of eternal suffering for sentient creatures (angels) just because it wasn't originally intended for us? Still makes god sound like a stupendous a**hole. And we humans sound insufferably self-centered. Anyway you slice it, christianity is fundamentally flawed.
When you believe false teaching you come to wrong conclusions. Most Christians today follow the paganism adopted by the popes. Those who follow Jesus keep the commandments and the holy days and understand Gods plan for rhe world. Jesus tells us if the scriptures are veiled it is veiled ro those who perish. Main stream Christians have no idea about the two resurrections the bible speaks of. The feast of pentecost and the last great day spell out these two resurrections.
Mostly Holliness Penticostal churches, methodist, Baptist, Muslims believe in the non-ending torture...I have heard this preached on tent revival Holliness churches by screaming preachers
Lucifer is called the son of the morning star so is he the devil or dragon or is he the son of??? Isaiah says he is the son of the morning star. So I'd say he is not the same as the devil. There are satans and then there are specific entities like the top of the fallen which is called the dragon in revelation, even the devil. Big difference between son of and the original. Mainstream Christianity is so lazy. I spent a full year deep diving into the bible and hell is made up by the modern church or at least the understanding of it. This is one of the biggest mistakes people make, an eternal hell. Imagine your grandma going to hell for eternity just for none belief... hahah. Constantines acceptance of Christianity didn't allow for mixing, it was intended for mixing. People believe the US was founded on protestantism but it really wasn't. Many mistakes made but if you ask the Father for the truth, in the name of the Son He will show you the truth.

Non of these ideas around hell resonate with me . Honestly , any Christian that gets off on the fact that non believers will burn is an idiot . They think they are righteous , better , chosen - it goes against the example of what it means to be a Christian . That is to not judge and to forgive . Even Jesus said to the father to forgive as they don’t know what they have done . He in his darkest moments , showed great understanding . Infact a creator would understand everything . That’s why he promotes compassion , because we as humans can’t fathom the idea and it actually stops us from evolving . Jesus was a warrior , he had a pure heart he died because he wanted to take on the burdens of our karma . It was a gift to us . If I as a human being can learn to forgive and let go and essentially be free of things in my life and I learned that from the Christian doctrine , then how can a god go against what he preaches . It’s utter nonsense . To me hell is place on the mind , that without discipline and respect especially for those things that are sacred we fall into a state of hell in our minds . Faith and discipline are two of the most noble qualities that uplift our lives . We see examples in everyday life . Look at what people can achieve with discipline and wanting something , to work for it . The journey gives them purpose and they create and learn . Look at what happens when you have no discipline . You become erratic , no direction , restless , life becomes meaningless . You become trapped by your own mind , you blame .
