    Twenty minutes is my usual workout time. So many exercises can be done in that length of time. Perfect.

      Did the workout this morning, was great, was shake near the end of the pull ups and legs were also shake at the end of workout. Will definitely be doing this workout alot, loved it

    Such great workout. My abs were already on fire from two hours of scissors kicks. Still managed to get it done. Loved the exercises you chose. For mermaid you can also do the "I'm swooning pose." It's a great stretch. Even alternate between the two. 💕 your workout.
