I have so much respect for these guys that can make do with what little they have. We are so spoiled here in this country; something is a little worn, we throw it out and buy a new one. These guys are the REAL mechanics.
Replacing the springs helps with clutch chatter. Since it takes a lot of labor to pull out a transmission and clutch assy., should really replace the friction material even if it's still got a little life left.

Not they are not....they didn't replace the friction material ..they statered with a steel disk and ended with a slightly cleaner steel disk.

In Thailand, there is a factory to repair clutch discs. by removing the old clutch disc from Japan Come to repair and change the new clutch cloth.
