I use 2 45s each side all the time , Vesta is on 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥, better than the fringe rack I replaced. Reason I bought it was the Smith. That's why I got this over the Ares 2.0, I didn't get the lat pulldown seat because I have a superior lat pulldown but the vesta is straight 🔥
I’ve got a better lat pull down option as well. But Vesta has definitely got a good all around’r here. The smith is the ultimate selling point in my opinion.
I actually bought the Vesta Fitness 2-in-1 (without the Smith machine). Opted for the standard straight pull up bar (knocks $100 off) and also used an easy to find 10% discount online. Total price before taxes was less than $2100. I don't know that a better deal exists on the Internet for something of this calibre. Super happy with it.
Totally agree. I think they've completely done away with the straight pull-up bar. The curved is standard now. I like the grip options and the slight knurl. But kipping pull-ups aren't happening on it. But no big deal. Overall quality is great. Definitely an underrated company.

Really great. The issue I see with these is that they are generally too tall for basement gyms (ceiling heights are 80 to 83 inches). So really helpful if you provide the dimensions. Not everyone is interested in giving up their garage space and would prefer to convert their basement.

How is the vesta functional trainer ? This guy on Facebook said he tried one at an expo and he was able to lift the whole stack withe ease. The sales representative told him that he was pretty strong. But the guys said he is not even strong so he was shocked he lifted the hole thing? Maybe he tried a faulty unit I don't know
It’s a 2-1 ratio pulley system. I can “lift the whole stack” as well if I’m doing a lat pull down or even a seated row. But for every other exercise it’s exactly what most functional trainers are. Plenty of weight. You can shop around for other dedicated functional trainers. But most of them are 2:1 ratio. And with 200-230lb stacks. If you want something really heavy for those exercises I mentioned you might want a 1:1 ratio. Like what the Dane has. I think it’s great.
@WhoIsJonHarris thank you very much. I was just looking FT. A Rack with a ft in it to replace my standalone rack and standalone ft that I had sold. Today I ended up buying the The Harbor HH80 V2 Elite with a counterbalance smith machine.
@WhoIsJonHarris I already have a titan selectorized lat pull down, rhino belt squat, isolator and other stuff so I think I will be happy with the 2:1 ratio on ft
@@RJ3CVOST they all say that. But I’ve never had this happen. Granted my garage is about 20-30 feet away and in a paved flat driveway. Easy job.
