Again, absolutely amazing to see you down there with Rich, Coop. He's always seemed like the kind of guy that would be great to sit down and hang out with and this is probably amongst the most comfortable I've seen him on video. Rich has done it right down there in Cookeville.
Everything you said at the end is true. I’ve met him and we sat down and talked after an open workout for a while. Then he invited me to a pizza party the gym was having. Great dude.
Having watched and been a fan of Rich since the 2010 games, 14 years later, he’s still the same dude (in the best possible way). Seems like a really awesome guy.

Dan Staton of Elkshape would be a good home gym tour. He was a CrossFit athlete, and a CrossFit gym owner. Now he does Elkshape full time and is all about home gyms

My wife and I visited CrossFit Mayhem as we drove across the country moving from florida to Idaho.
We were greeted with a smile, very kind people that went above and beyond to make our visit special, including making a BBQ recommendation.
Unfortunately we did not get to meet Rich but I’d definitely like to as he is a guy who is doing it right (Faith first)

I love the comparison to King David. The one time I met Rich in Nashville I immediately got that same impression. He separated from his wife in the crazy busy crowds of Broadway just to talk to me. Super nice guy!
