Hey Deepti garu. I stay in hyd. Started doing this 2 week challenge today. Enjoyed the music and session alot. Compared to other videos of 15min fat burn, this episode had less sweat comparatively but i hope this would lose weight too like ur previous workouts. I started doing your workouts from may n reduced 6 kgs. So hoping for the best

Hi Deepti, U are truly amazing, i just started of from u r video from last 2 days. I am feeling very light. Since last 2 year I m Suffering from back pain and saitica and don't allow forward bending. Can you please add few step including back bending step if possible.
