      @@DanceWithDeepti morning 2hrs and evening 2hrs by watching any movie or any web series
      We easily spend 2hrs time by watching web series. Especially no diet. Reduced the food I took before. More sleep. Burned 2000 cal everyday. Thanks 😄

      @@manshulv just on spot walking like in this video by watching any movie or web series. Morning 2hr(7 to 8, 10 to 11), evening 2hr(4 to 5, 5.20 to 6.20)

    Thanks for this workout.. I have done this on my periods..earlier used to ignore workouts during mensural cycle... Now I could continue even on these days

    TO BE HONESSSTT,,,, when i first saw the title "walk at home" i was like: "ohhh, noooo that sounds so boring", but then i gave it a go because it's DEEPTI and i know it can't be boring with deepti and indeed it wasn't boring at all it was so0o0o fun! thank you! please make more of these as well 💘💪

    I can't thank you enough for giving us so many options to keep it. This morning I started with Flat tummy session but while jumping I realized that my left knee was hurting. I waited for sometime and then thought of doing the fitness walk at home. Again, thanks again for being an AWESOME FITNESS BUDDY!

    Wow, Just finished this workout as I felt a little tired today, amazing, loved it, it was fantastic, great music, so uplifting, sweating like mad, you really get a good workout without feeling like a workout, i've just had so much fun with this today.     I'm just getting back into exercise for both my weight and my mental health and overall feeling confident within myself. I've been pushing myself too hard at a beginners level and ended up with headaches and low blood sugars and no energy. I realised i had to begin in small amounts and gradually increase. This workout along with a walk i did this morning has been absolutely perfect. It's gentle and fun and i don't feel depleted of energy after. Thank you for making this video, please make more like this. I'm hoping to gradually start your other walking exercise videos once i'm abit more fitter so i can increase my miles. Thank you

    Hi Deepti. I had my Covid vaccine (2nd dose) on the 8th so I was down with fever. Did not miss anything EXCEPT workouts with you. This morning (9th), my arm was a bit sore so I thought of doing this session. Did with ease and in fact the arm which was hurting a bit is much better. I feel contented too.     Love u deepti. Your videos are too gud. I was suffering from hip pain for past one week as I did ur zumba sessions morning and evening heavily. I didn't do any workout past one week. I was scared to start any and this video came as a rescuer. Superrrr one when we need light workout

    Got vaccinated and it has been one day and I’m missing your dance workout. This will be my workout on my period days too. “Made in India” at the end made me feel nostalgic as a 90’s kid 😃.

    Did this today as I felt as I lacked the stamina for dancing due to too much weight gain😅 and still I sweated a lot without feeling exhausted. Love you easy breezy girl❣️

    Oh thank you thank you thank you. Was having a difficult time moving after covid. Someone suggested one mile walk but I found I preferred jogging in place to that. This video combined my love for dance with exercise. I absolutely enjoyed it. Couldn't finish. Too much exertion. But definitely got me back on track. Be back tomorrow.
