    Thank you so much Deepti sis for this video.. I am doing this 2 weeks challenge for past 7days and it showed me rapid change as my jean pant and tshirt became loose.. i don't know how much weight has gone but i can feel the difference. I will continue this exercise and will mention how much kgs i lost . Now i am 65kg .. Love from Kerala ❤❤😘😘

    I find your workouts easy and fun. I have poor stamina so I can't jump much but your workouts (esp the low impact ones) help me so much. I have never entered a gym in my life and always preferred cycling or walking or dancing. I was 64 kilos last year at this time, my heaviest ever, and now I'm back to my college days of 55. I've been following your 30 minute workouts for about 6 months now, 6 days a week!

    Day 1: Did every thing cudnt finish all 15 burpees i did 7 of them. Will come back tomorrow.
    Day 2: Could do 10 of them.
    Day 3: Completed all 15!
    Day 4: Did it perfectly. Tried to attempt second set as well.
    Day 5: Did two sets of this workout.
    Couldnt continue due to some issues but now im back forgot to update for 3 days.
    Day 9: Going well!
    Day 10: Done
    Sorry. I forgot to update over here. I am literally two jeans sizes down! Thankyou deepti mam for these amazing fun workouts. Don't give up guys, you are very close to achieving your goal.

    Progress is when you started your fitness journey with this amazing routine, and had to pause multiple times to rest in the beginning. Today after 3 months, i tried it again and finished it in one go, barely out of breath in the end. This is your sign to work on yourselves guys. Keep pushing!

    No. they are not boring at all.. these are fun to do and much much better than those monotonous "3 repeats" workout. iwhenever i don't feel like working out, i do these 'dance' work outs.. and it really helps to lift the mood up.. i recently came across your channel- and you're literally AMAZING !! lots of love

      @@DanceWithDeepti , Thanks Deepti.. I did this and also used to supplement with other forms of low impact exercises. Maintained good diet too. You are doing an exemplary job with the videos, music selection and the steps in each video. Easy on the knee and motivating too.
      If possible, could you plan out one shorts session for the track Fanaa Deepti?

    Today had to take a coffee break after 5 mins. But continued after half an hour....just did the rest of 10 mins.. But the amount of sweating is not less. Its fantastic as continues 15 mins. Congratulations🎉🥳👏 to me and you and all who are following this... Love you thank you❤🌹🙏

      I second that. I am not used to workout at all. So for a beginner like me, this is a boon. First time when I did I almost lost stamina at the end of 6 mins. I was wondering how people do for 40 mins.. 1 hr workout.. Felt very bad. But the very next day I could do 10 mins without feeling tired. I think practice.. getting used to it.. will power and consistency are the key..

    Love your videos. Glad you’re adding an easier version to some of the moves for people like me who have problems with cervical and lumber spine. We still need other moves for burpees. The easier one you did is still difficult for me. I really liked this new video and when unable to do a move, I just march in place.

    I tried it today and I am happy I was able to do. Love the rowdy song ... Bring out the item girls in me 😉🤪.
    Love the new location, 7 burpees was all I could do but am really happy.
    Best part is you make it look very real and your followers donet feel scared to try out

      Hello 👋 She has legs workouts and you can follow her modifications for jumping moves. Her recent walking workout is low impact too. You can use those moves and go slower where needed in most of her workouts. Have fun and keep healthy!

I was imagining that i cant even do workout for 5 mins but after watching ur videos i can do it very well i hve started ur 30 mins exercise from 15 days and now started thz.. will doing thz also...
