    Thank you once again for a great workout. I have been doing the ab workout right after the 30 mins. cardio and tried this one. It made me sweat and of course it will surely be a pain the butt (but in a good way). Thinking of continuing it for 1 week and then switch to the ab workout. You are AWESOME for doing such a noble cause in helping us all keeping fit!

    Loving it. I am following your videos for the last few months. I have lost 2kgs without any changes in my diet, except skipping sugar in my tea. All thanks to you, Deepti Maam. I have a question though. During this 15 min workout, I don't sweat much, as mentioned by others. So, is sweating important to ensure that the stubborn fats are burning and you are going to lose weight.

      And 2 times work-out zoomba + running
      in morning and evening that's it
